Complimentary tea, coffee and water in room. Very clean rooms. Pick up from the airport wasn't too efficient, they weren't where they said they'd be on this website so I had to get someone to call them. Internet in hotel was expensive. |

Basic hotel but clean and very well located for transit passengers, without the huge price of many airport hotels. Airport pickup service was excellent. |

I was billed on my credit card after leaving for services already paid for in cash during the stay, I feel this is theft |

The location overlooking the river view. It was bustling with activity which was great. The staff were really helpful and could communicate in English. We stayed in Room 210 near the stairs and they were people congregating in the morning near the stairwell chatting for 45 minutes and we couldn't get good sleep. The rooms are not sound proof and since we are near the airport, we can hear the planes taking off. |

its really close to the airport and the room is clean, but that is about it. The building is really noicy and during the night people are arriving in the hotel which makes it eventually not such a good sleep. It looks as if the shower was put in the balcony after they build the hotel as a whole. The shower is with electric warm water next to the watertap, wich is a bit wierd. Overal... just use this hotel if you need to sleep between arrival in bangkok and leave in the morning by plane. |

The hotel is near the airport. At the 2nd floor, gate 3 of the airport you will find an information desk where the shuttle will be called for you. If you travel alone the hotel is perfect - especially when you have heavy bags - the hotel staff will help you with them! The room and bathroom were very clean, you could hear sometimes planes taking off, since it is rather close to the airport, but for tired traveller the nice and actually quite soft (for Thailand) bed was a perfect choice to rest and prepare for a next flight/ trip. For going back to the airport you need to pay extra 150 baht, but that is nothing for the comfort of travelling and help you get! |

This hotel is at 5 min distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 15 min from Bangkok downtown. It's ideal when you want to do some lastminute shopping before you take your homebound flight. The WiFi is cheap and fast, the restaurant complete, the staff very helpful. It's located alongside a river, full of huge fish you can feed. I don't think there's that much to there in the evening, but a good time is just a cab ride away. There's a fridge in the room and a 7/11 around the corner. They can pick you up at the airport and drop you off in an aircon fan (runs once every hour). Hi staff, we're the couple that stayed two nights with you with the little girl. Thanks for everything and say hi to everyone. There is absolutely nothing about this hotel I was dissatisfied with, taking into account the rate of course. |

Great hotel for a quick stay between flights -- clean, convenient, with a pretty river nearby. Staff is very helpful. They pick you up for free from the airport, but it's cheaper to get a taxi back rather than take their 150-baht shuttle. The hotel restaurant had some of the best thai food we had our whole trip! The beds are hard, but all beds in thailand are like that. |

The hotel understood my schedule (flying out of the airport in Bangkok) and were happy to accommodate. This is a great place to stopover for a night. The dogs at the neighboring Wat were having quite the late night conversation. |
