Nous avons apprécié la proximité de l'aéroport, pratique quand on est là juste en transit. Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel aimable, et la navette pour l'aéroport est bien pratique. Bruit des avions sur la piste d'atterissage |

hôtel trés sympathique, rien de spécial à signaler. Petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau. pas si proche que ça de l'aéroport, les taxis ne le connaissent pas. Même lors d'une arrivée tardive à Bangkok, il faut tout de suite se rendre dans le centre ville dans son hôtel et ne pas faire une halte dans cet hôtel car il n'y a que trés peu d'interets. A part payer plusieurs fois le taxi. |

Proximité de l'aéroport mais pas autour des pistes comme les grandes chaines hotelières comme on se l'imagine généralement. La, c'était vraiment un hotel sympa avec restau extérieur, projection d'un dvd musique sur écran, ambiance cool et détendue...très agréable. Navette gratuite pour aller a l'aéroport toutes les heures. Hotel vraiment peu cher compte tenu de la qualité. Il n'y a rien aux alentours à part quelques maisons mais bon.....vous êtes sur le départ et vous en avez déjà pris plein les yeux durant une ou deux semaines |

La proximité de l'aéroport Le matelas était vraiment dûr pour moi, mais comme je voyagais seule, je pouvais prendre le matelas de protection de l'autre lit, et le mettre par-dessus le mien! |

This hotel is very convenient near the airport. They have a shuttle which worked fine for us. It is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived at midnight, so it was very easy to get to quickly and right to sleep. It is very far from central Bangkok. You have to take a 30 minute taxi ride just to get to the end of the line station (on nut) for the SkyTrain. The SkyTrain will eventually go all the way to the airport. There is not much to do around this hotel, altho it does have a nice bar and restaurant which is a little expensive. There are some streetside eateries and a 7/11 nearby. |

1. Close to the airport for an early a.m. flight and they offered a very reasonably priced shuttle service to the airport (but not from the airport). 2. They have two international payphones in the lobby. 1. The name of the hotel was 'Queen's Garden Resort' and in no way is the hotel resort like. It's nice but not a resort. 2. The information listed on your web site (booking.com) provided the correct phone number but the incorrect address. The cab driver had to call the hotel to get the correct address, becaues the one listed is actually a wat. 3. The ony thing air-conditioned are the rooms - not the lobbys, hallways or staires. 4. The girls at the front desk did not know how to use the printer in the office, so my husband had to help them by installing the correct printer on their computer. 5. WiFi use is expensive compared to other hotels and cafes. |

Complimentary tea, coffee and water in room. Very clean rooms. Pick up from the airport wasn't too efficient, they weren't where they said they'd be on this website so I had to get someone to call them. Internet in hotel was expensive. |

The location overlooking the river view. It was bustling with activity which was great. The staff were really helpful and could communicate in English. We stayed in Room 210 near the stairs and they were people congregating in the morning near the stairwell chatting for 45 minutes and we couldn't get good sleep. The rooms are not sound proof and since we are near the airport, we can hear the planes taking off. |
