Location great just round the corner from Khao San road but far enough away to not hear Khao San road! Room had aircon which was much needed. Staff very friends and helpful. Room was clean on arrival, stayed three nights but sadly the room was not cleaned, nor towels changed during our stay. Bed was rock hard. Bathroom a very basic wet room. Breakfast was ok, again quite basic, no frills. Overall a budget place to stay for a night or two as the location is excellent, but spend a little more money if you prefer your home comforts.

This was the second stay here, on the return to Bangkok then to the uk. The welcome from the owner and staff was incredible! They made staying here such a pleasure. As with my previous review, this is a terrific location to access the Grand Palace and the temples, yet is an easy taxi ride to & from the airport. I will definitiely stay here when I return to Bangkok. Thank you all so much!

The warmth of welcome from the owner and staff. We were made to feel at home straight away and with only two rooms, the service is personal. Room was very clean and the staff were always ready and willing to do anything to help. Perfect location for seeing the Grand palace and temples, but not in Khao San! Definitely worth staying here if you can. I have nothing negative to say. A terrific little hotel...... We will go back if we can!

Staff at the hotel were excellent, very accommodating and very kind. Would recommend anyone who is staying in Bangkok for a few days. Enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect!

La ubicación es buena, la gente que atiende también, aunque es inexperta. Tienen mucho que aprender. Es un hotel que recién se está iniciando, Parece más bien un lugar que alquila habitaciones. Hay hoteles mucho mejores por los precios que se cobran. El desayuno no se sabe a qué hora lo dan. Y lo peor: no tiene agua caliente.

Rustig maar centraal gelegen. Met tuk tuk in 5 min op kao san road, 10 minuten bij grand palace. Ruime kamers, goed bed,airco, vriendelijke beiening. Om de hoek geweldig restaurant/Cafe met boekenkasten als inrichting gerund door een Ier. Ramen met kieren die afgeplakt zijn.

!Great! Only two rooms, so very personal service and being next to the canal is very neat. I had a great time & cannot praise the place enuf.. Im From Canada so the constant heat is a bit ruf.....Beats winter!

The rooms was huge! We stayed a family of 4 with no problems. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Small restaurant with good food. Nice balcony. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Weak shower pressure. No shower cabin means that everything gets wet when showering.

Das Zimmer war sehr geraeumig, sauber, mit TV, Klimaanlage und Safe ausgestattet. Super gelegen (Naehe Khaosan Road) und trotzdem sehr ruhig (im Gegensatz von Hotels dort). Kostenloser Internetzugang. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gleich um's Eck hat es sehr nette kleine Lokale (einfach, aber gut) und 7/11. Kein Zimmerservice. Das Zimmer wurde wahrend meines 3taegigen Aufenthaltes nicht gesaeubert. Leider hatte es Moskitos im Badezimmer (uebrigens sehr einfach - keine richtige Dusche vorhanden, einfach nur ein Duschschlauch mit Warmwasser - dementsprechend wird das ganze Badezimmer (ebenso die Toilette) nass), was aber sofort von den Hotelbesitzer beseitigt wurde.

l'emplacement correct proche de khaosan extremement bruyant de par le quartier, les hotes jusqu'à tard la nuit; hotel peu sécurisé ouvert toute la nuit, chasse d'eau cassée, personne pour faire le petit déjeuner le dernier jour pourtant prépayé

In den Zimmern waren keine Moskitonetze vorhanden, aber jede Menge Moskitos. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für eigene Netze waren nicht vorgegeben, wir mussten mit der Aufhängung improvisieren. Das erste Zimmer war im Bad baufällig und auch sonst ungepflegt. Das zweite Zimmer (ab Tag 2) war im Bad etwas besser, aber immer noch sehr ungepflegt.
