A total no-no for disabled folk, very small bathrooms,rooms have some annoying features.

The hotel had a lovely colonial feel and the food was amazing. The mini bar was free.

There were no good local thai restaurants near by - you need to catch a tuk tuk or cab.

I loved almost everything in this hotel, which is maybe one of the nicest I've ever been to ! Everything in this hotel is refined and I wish I spent more than 3 nights there! The hotel itself is beautiful and all the decorations in or outside of the rooms were tasteful & classy. Our deluxe room (#10) was spacious w a superb bed and classic antique Thai furniture. Had I have the choice, I would have certainly grab a room on the first floor, which must have more light and no noise coming from the neighbours upstairs! The swimming area is really pleasant and the pool is clean and big. The communal areas are lovely and relaxing.

•Super Rooms but a bit dark, w no real external views •no DVDs to borrow from the (lovely) library •a more attentive service around the pool would be appreciated (in 3 days, I've never seen anyone coming for drink orders, and had to fitch towels by myself) •more smiles at reception, please • the breakfast buffet should be more "interesting" and varied

the location is good, very close to the Sunday market, oasis spa the whole environment is good, very quite, especially the library is a surpise staff is very nice

The hotel is quite nice and also very quiet. I like the hotel design. The service is also among the best.

The location is a little bit far from most of the night activities in Chiang Mai.

This was my second trip and still my favourite hotel of anywhere I have stayed. It is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Staff unobtrusive but excellent and met Paul the manager this time, lovely guy. Stay at the Rachamankha, you won't regret it.

The Ambiance is really great, pool is nice, dinning hall very romantic with quality cuisine. Very pleased overall, we had a great time. Location within old city, very convenient yet away from all the noise and crowdedness

Some front office and conceige staff can show more smiles and be a little more proactive, when we asked about pricing and rooms....etc since we want to return with our families, they were not overly keen about clients wanting to return to the hotel, interesting. Conceige staff also varies in their smiles and attitude. We find the cleaning lady showing most smiles and very friendly

This was one of the most stunning places I have ever stayed! We virtually had the place to ourselves, everything about it was beautiful and impressive, the staff was friendly, helpful and not at all imposing. Grounds were beautiful, plenty of place to sit and relax, pool was beautiful and well maintained, I love this place so much I am going back in January 2013, Can't wait.

I challenge you to find something, we couldn't.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit wunderschöner Architektur. Die Anlage ist sehr stillvoll. Gute und ruhige Lage, dennoch zentral gelegen.

Frühstücksbuffet übersichtlich gehalten, d.h. kleine Auswahl. Personal freundlich, aber wenig Informationen erhalten. Es sprechen nicht alle an der Rezeption gut Englisch.

Un cadre très zen et calme , une déco élégante et raffinée . Hôtel très bien situé et facile d'accès . Personnel attentif ,attentionné et discret .

Rien sauf peut être une connexion internet approximative ...

酒店不大，安静舒适，地理位置很好，在一片民居间，离周日市场很近，出行方便。

卫生间采光不理想，灯偏暗，有点黑。

对这个酒店的服务和设施非常满意。不愧为一个五星级酒店的水平。房间里的味道非常好闻，只要客人在房间待过- 后出门，工作人员都会收拾好房间，每次回去都有宾至如归的感觉。早餐非常地好吃，而且是有菜单现点现做，住- 得都不想回来了。

大変落ち着いたこじんまりとしたホテルでした。とても静かで雰囲気最高。設備面では何も問題ありません。ノ- ンビリ滞在でしたので、日中からプールサイドで過ごしました。ここで飲むビールは最高！夕方4時ごろからプ- ールは混んできます。それまではほぼ貸し切り状態。徒歩2分ほどにオアシススパの支店あります。 最終日は、2時までチェックアウト伸ばしてもらい、5時ごろまでプールサイドで過ごしました。朝食はメニュ- ーから3品選べます。パンなど一部はビュッフェ形式でした。

悪いというよりは、ランナー様式なので、扉などから蚊が侵入します。日本の蚊取り線香が威力を発揮します。-

In den Zimmern kann/soll man Fenster nicht öffnen. Da fühlt man sich -trotz des Komforts- eher wie in einem Kloster. Mischung beim Frühstück von Buffet und à la carte ist wenig überzeugend.
