Rachan Residence is located in Chanthaburi, famous for its ruby mining and durian season. Offering free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk, it is a 1-minute minute walk from Chatuchak Market Chanthaburi. Rachan residence, chanthaburi. Situated in market area opposite 7-11 reasonable entrance, lift, room size, view overlooking market area. Wi- Fi reasonable (but my firewall advised me that it was an unsafe site) and lan connection available We had an electrical relay blow out in our room which was replaced within 5 mins of calling main desk but main contactor in fuse box hanging loose and jumps like mad every time switched on, and as I am a semi-retired electrician I felt this was quite dangerous. , miserable staff Quite stingy as no tea/coffee/kettle provided, shower temperature limited and apparently locked. Although hygiene in cooking area of cafeteria looked ok, easily cleaned laminate coated tables were filthy with ingrained dirt and food remnants. (We advised manager)

The location was excellent next to the Market and Robinsons department store. The self service coin operated laundry next door was very handy too.The hotel was super clean everywhere, the bathroom was cleanest I have seen for a long time. The room had a big fridge and tv, and the breakfast was ok. Everything was good.

Central location Friendly and very helpful staff Clean room Serious concern re internet. My system immediately alerted and recommended that I did not use. I spoke to staff and suggested they share issue with their management. My only other comment is that it seemed over-priced for what was very much like a travel lodge establishment

The hotel staff was wonderful answering any questions and making recommendations. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and immaculately cleaned every day. Slightly overpriced for the city type (Chanthaburi) . The front room furniture was a little uncomfortable for tv watching and relaxing.

Hotel is brand new, convenient and clean. I had problem on linen of bed sheet and pillow case, I felt itchy all night I can't sleep. I saw it had mant tiny fibre on the linen maybe cuase me itchy. Car park is quite limited.

Sicherlich nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, als Stop-Over Hotel bei einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in guter Lage zu empfehlen.

Personal sehr unfreundlich! Frühstücksdienst noch unfreundlicher, als der Empfang; Frühstückseier kalt, Würstchen ebenfalls kalt, Kaffee ungenießbar, da auf einer Wärmeplatte viele Stunden gestanden.

Erg modern hotel met relatief veel luxe voor € 25 per nacht. Mooie grote kamer met alles d’r op en d’r an. Vriendelijk personeel, dat erg z’n best doet om je te begrijpen, maar het Engels is niet altijd even sterk. Ontbijt is voldoende(2x gebakken ei, 2x tosti,banaan,sap,thee of koffie) en eten een 100m verder op (naar links )gelegen restaurant is prima en goedkoop. Ook in de grote supermarkt zijn veel mogelijkheden van hamburger tot Thais eten. IJs is er trouwens erg lekker(beneden verdieping). Chantaburi viel behoorlijk tegen, want het “Waterfront” (kaartje bij de receptie)stelde niet veel voor en de katholieke kerk mag hier dan wel bijzonder zijn, in Europa niet. De “Gems Market”is inmiddels vooral binnen in kleine kantoortjes. We zijn maar één dag in de stad geweest, dus ons oordeel is erg beperkt.

La chambre spacieuse La propreté L'emplacement de l'hotel Le prix compétitif La galère pour avoir son petit déjeuner la matin !!! Dès qu'il y a a plusieurs clients en même temps, les deux personnes qui préparent le petit déjeûner sont débordées et on attend plus de 20 minutes pour manger !!! Dommage cela gâche le séjour.

Sehr sicheres und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das amerikan. Frühstück war o.k. Das asiatische kam aus der Mikrowelle und ist eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel voldeed aan de noodzakelijke normen. Wanneer men met eigen vervoer is vindt de gps de adressen die op de reservatie staat, niet terug. Het is dus dikwijls zoeken naar een naald in een hooiberg om het hotel te vinden.

Rapport qualité-prix excellent pour ce nouvel hôtel très fonctionnel et tout propre. On s'y sent bien malgré le côté "Hôtel Formule 1", en mieux et moins cher cependant! Quelques bruits bizarres et un peu agaçants les nuits, pas réussi à savoir si c'était de la tuyauterie, du vent ou de la clim... Pas de restauration à l'hôtel excepté les petits déj, mais choix énorme à petits prix au tout neuf marché couvert juste en face!
