the stuff is excellent,everybody is nice and very helpful, always smiling. Well, i like everything (awesome breakfast, free wi fi, complimentary water, beautiful view, the pool, free shuttle van service to malls and mtr, the prices for tickets at the local tour agent lower than at the ticket booths) Location. I think its the only minus of this hotel... but taxis are extremely cheap over here, so its not a big deal. |

Hotel was basically good and the staff descent. The staff can be more efficient and faster and prudent to bring that extra feel for the guests. The staff should also give a balanced treatment to all classes and categories of guests. The room service was really slow. |

reception tried to tell us only one key card per couple despite you needing a key card to operate elevator to floor that deluxe rooms were on, which was nonsense. The hotel manager immediately gave me 2nd card when I complained. |

Great breakfast, free wifi in the rooms, ok gym, nice personal, good room service selection. Far from Bangkok attractions, shopping centers and the BTS. You will need a taxi whenever you'll go. |

The hotel was good but its good if you wana be away from everything as its far from all shopping area and the hotel is good too and the price we paid was very good but eating inside the hotel was very expensive.over all it was good experiance. |

Spa was very good. Staff were all very helpful. Security. Very clean. Nice view. Taking a taxi back to the hotel from night bazzar was very frustrating. Due to a location, taxi is the only way to get back to the hotel. It would be better if there is a airport shuttle service. |

as always, its nice to stay there. I love the breakfast in 24 th floor in your booking there is only the cheap breakfast in the groundfloor included. better ask for 100 baht more and include the breakfast in the 24th floor. there its perfect. the corridors get a smell since my last stay in the hotel. may be could be improved |

Rate is definetely good, close to the airport, hotel is well kept and clean. Breakfast is good. Hotel looks with not enough staff.Some florrs have been refurbished, others not. In the old floors rooms are tired and matresses have u shapes!!! not good. Front desk, sometimes because of overload is not polite. |

The brand of the hotel - Radisson. It made me feel good that despite the fact that I'm on a budget, I can still afford an international chain. The services are pretty straight forward - almost utilitarian but still bordering on class. The free wifi is good - I stayed at the Grand Hyatt before I moved in to Radisson - everything there you had to pay. The free wifi at Radisson was a blessing. The location - very far from the usual haunts in Bangkok. You can't just waltz out of the hotel and go to a mall ... hence the free shuttle that the hotel offers. The lobby is a bit dated ... bordering on gaudiness. |

I liked how I was welcomed and the lovely smile on the face of everyone. They allowed me to check out late with no hesitation (2.30pm) None, but my stay was only one night so couldn,t really judge. |

The staff were very good and cooperative, specially reception staff. Hotel was up to standards, room was well kept and house keeping was good, breakfast was very good (except some items in the menu was same throught our stay). Hotel not far from places of tourist attractions and shuttle service provided by hotel is helpful. I must say it was full value for money. |

Beds , mattress and bed sheets / duvet very old and like 25 years ago in Thailand ( brown blanket ) . TV is an old 15" . If Hotel changes this, it can go to higher class . We think , it is because of Thai management , cannot look and think far . Bed is most important in every hotel , not lobby and restaurant , which is excellent . Management definately not coming from hospitality services . |

Extremely courteous reception desk and hotel staff. Gave us a free upgrade at check-in. Room was extremely nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room service menu included Halal items. Free shuttle services to shopping malls were provided. Taxi cab always available. Nice pool. Excellent experience. |
