Quiet and convenience location. Excellent food
Bed is too hard. Bathroom need updated
Massages in site good, breakfast excellent, staff helpful. Mr Lucky to handle all of our transportation needs at a fair price
We like softer beds.
2 pools that weren't overcrowded Nice restaurant with good breaky
Hard beds Shower heads had no pressure
The pool, food is okay, great value for money
Breakfast here was nice and they provide many kind of local food,so you won't miss it!
Old hotel and facilities are not good enough.
We liked the setup of the superior double room. The bathtub is amazing. The hotel has a restaurant with really helpful staff. Outside of the hotel is a taxi to take the guests to the center or airport. We initially wanted to stay one night but decided to stay three more nights, we had a great time at the Rainforest Boutique!
The water was sometimes a bit cold, but that is no problem when the outside temperature is this hot.
Friendly staff and lovely swimming pools. Also free shuttle service to nearby train station
We had a superior room which felt very standard and had no character being stuck at the back of the hotel with no real view. Also wifi was very slow and unpredictable and by the far the worst we have experienced in the 2 months we have been in SE Asia
Location, quiet, close to town, nice pool, lovely cosy rooms. very cheap for what you get. Very romantic place...
People are not so friendly.
Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant was excellent with friendly service. Ate dinner a couple of nights and the Thai meals were superb. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel, organised us an excellent elephant tour. What an amazing day. Mr Lucky and his sons were outside with an excellent taxi service.
Slightly too far out. However used taxis and tuk tuks. Such fun and so cheap.
The breakfast is great. All the staffs are very freindly and kind. The service is excellent with free shuttle bus to night bazaar. Definitely will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Two communicating rooms for family (400 sq ft) count as one room. Affordable price for quality service Abundant breakfast Wood open restaurant with Thai traditional style above the swimming pool Friendly staff and family feel Close to city center but a bit outside so no noise at night and less pollution
Should offer oil & vinegar for salads, as well as local dressings Tour offerings are slightly more expensive than elsewhere
Nice staff with good English skills. Shuttle to city centre. Nice pool area. The breakfast was good and included.
Far to walk to centre. Better catch a tuk tuk further away on the main avenue than waiting at the hotel
I loved the facilities, there were two pools, the staff was really nice, breakfast was good, and the decoration made a really good place to stay
The hotel was outside the city, so either you rent a bike or have to take cab or tuk tuk, it´s not that expensive but there´s nothing around to eat, o to have a beer or maybe buy some refreshments
The traditional style and the lanterns. Enjoyed the semi open restaurant. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Parking and free wi fi but a little iffy. Value for money.
A little difficult to find.
Good breakfast, nice pools, easy to get ride into town,
Smelled moldy, room was dark, beds were hard as a rock
The two swimming pools was good and the location was also good the staff was friendly and helpful
The beds was very hard and small balcony with loose rails on the 5th floor
* staff spoke English pretty well * two swimming pools * huge choice of breakfast * WiFi was good * parking spot
* shower is in a bath and water has temperature fluctuations * room could've been a bit bigger
We stayed in the Rainforest Boutique for 2 nights and 1 night in the other side of the hotel which is Rainforest LUXURY Boutique it's really different... the bathroom in the luxury part is amazing with a big bathroom on terasse very beautifull! Personel is very helpfull and kind, 5 minutes away from the centre with taxi (free shuttle every night from the hotel) way back is 100 Bath.
The beds are very bad, way too hard as well as the cushions (in both of the complex), too much noise in the hotel rooms are not good isolated...
Check in was easy, staff spoke a good level of English. Room, although a little dated, was clean, comfortable and contained all the necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet was good although eggs were generally cold. Free mini bus to night bazaar was handy. Good restaurants a five minute walk away near railway station.
I had a superior room which was very good but my friend had a deluxe room which was like a cave and smelled mouldy. The rooms in the new wing looked better.
2 swimming Pools ideal for before and after long walk days Nice breakfast buffet with many choices Wifi ok except it was not working in the room...
Little bit far from city centre ( 5kms) , too long for walk so forced to take a TUKTUK everytime 100-120THB
The location is rather quiet, staff are so nice and very willing to help.
+ 2 pools with different depths + A taxi is always available in front of the hotel and free shuttle service to night bazaar
Nothing to complain
Laudry service realy expencive !!! Around 3 kg = 800 baht !! No happy.....
We spent 15 days in Chiang Mai and because we were travelling with our 9 months old daughter we spent a lot of time in tje hotel! Staff os amazing with kids, very friendly! The free shuttle to the night bazar is a great help fornthe guests and Mr Lucky will respond to any question about Chian Mai and will take wherever you need to go for a good price! The hotel has two pools, both very clean and breakfast is amazing! Defenetely a hotel we would recommend and go back! Loved oir stay at the Rain Forest Boutique!
The fitness area could be better equipped
a little out of town - no tourist things screaming at you small local shopping strip - well priced barber, food and massage lovely surroundings friendly and helpful staff cheap trip into town for all the markets, and hustle well priced beer!
NOT A THING will plan to go back to here anytime I am coming this way.
