Rainforest Boutique Hotel    

A lovely restful place in an authentic Thai Hotel with great design and two pools plus spa. Taxi and tuk tuk fares to town are cheap and they have a travel and activity service

It was a little trip into town about 10 min. And a Hotel shuttle especially an Airport pick up service would be good.

This hotel was good in equipements, services, staff. They were looking for your confort and your leisure

Out of the downtown, even if it quiet easy to go to the city.

Nice accommodation a bit outside of the city center, which is nice if you need calm and quiet. Great swimming pools to enjoy. The staff is professional and friendly.

Good hotel and not expensive, rooms were clean, swimming pool was ok, restaurant also not expensive and food was very tasty. All staff are friendly and ready to help.

Hotel is in quiet area off the main road. Outdoor area is very green and peaceful surrounded with lots of trees and plants. Over floating swimming pool is dominant of the space disinfected with salt water so you won't smell of detergent after a swim (there is outdoor shower to wash the salt off). Perfect type of hotel to relax in between tours, trekking or see-sighting. Room was standard. Fridge, safe, towels and toiletries provided. Double bed ensuite bathroom and little balcony (different types of rooms available) Very clean and cleaned on daily bases. Laundry available for extra cost. Wifi connection working really well in all areas of hotel, free of charge.

Stayed one night only passing through. Budget friendly Hotel conveniently situated to Chiang Mai railway station. Helpful staff.

Small room needing major updating.Felt uncomfortable sleeping there. Poor breakfast choice and had concerns about the hygiene regime in place within the restaurant

Nice place to relax, easy to get to night bazar, zoo & other places around the city.

Tea, coffee making in the room. Only places to plug in the kettle were on the floor under the tv, bedside night stand or bathroom.

Massage place say 1 ours massage but they massaga only 40 minit I dont like this kind of not good massage this hotel

the staff were accommodating to our needs, friendly

they didnt have an iron which made it difficult at times their spa facilities were under par - not value for money at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had the family room and it was nice to have two bathrooms and three beds.

The price for tuk-tuks/sangthaews going into town is too high. I think it's the hotel's responsibility to make sure their customers aren't getting ripped off at the front door. Unless you're desperate, walk to the end of the alley and take a sangthaew into town.

Although it is located a short tuk tuk trip from the city there is a free shuttle bus to the night bazaar at 8pm each nite. The location means that you have a nice quiet retreat from the hussle and bussle of CM city.

Breakfast was good although green curry in the morning was different! Far enough out of town to be secluded but close enough to enjoy the markets

breakfast really good . you can find Thai style and American style in both here. room is clean ,service good. two open markets selling in good price are no more than 20 mins walk .

i cant find any wifi signal in my room . and i have to stay in lobby so that i can use wifi . and i told hotel . i want a room not on ground floor . but they still offer me a ground floor room . hotel is so far away from old town , then it cost 200baht for a round trip to there everytime.

The attention that we were given as mature travellers,every courtesy was given to us,almost embarrassing !The food was delicious and generous.Rooms clean ,variety to choose from.Quiet peaceful Gardens,lovely pool. Can't recommend it highly enough,we stayed for a month!

The first time we looked for the hotel form the local map，it seems fra away from the old town. But, it's only 100B by tutu from Taipei gate, and also 100B can go to the airport. Quiret, clean, nice breakfast, and good looking. I love the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, bedroom cleaned daily and with this got new towels. Lovely salt infinity pool. Great food and also good value. Hotel also offers a free bus to the night market. Would highly recommend, a very peacefull and relaxing place.

The quiet location 15 mins walk from city centre. Staff were extremely helpful, service excellent, restaurant very good. Pool and gardens beautiful and relaxing.

- The breakfast in the morning was pretty good - especially the pancakes and bacon - The a/c blew cold air - The hotel offered many tour packages, motorbike rentals, and had a reliable taxi driver you could call on - Internet / wifi in the room was not reliable. During the day you could barely get a signal (if any). Only in the evening / night was the signal strong enough to browse the internet.

- The bathroom was a little dated and had an odor that was pretty prominent after leaving the room and returning after a few hours
