The language barrier made all but the most basic requests very difficult. The restaurants and room items seemed very overpriced.

The rooms were just the right size and had a very modern design. The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a baby here.) The bathroom had rainshower so it was like a spa.Nice small rooftop pool to relax was nice too.

Quite a walk to the BTS but the hotel has a shuttle service. Front office staff were not smiling all the time.

The rooms were spacious and modern, it's close from the skytrain, a shopping centre, restaurants and bars to go out at night. The staff was helpful. The pool is small but nice. If go again to bangkok I would probably stay there.

This has been my second stay in this hotel. I was very satisfied about the hotel, it's staff, the central location and the reasonable pricing offered through Agoda, hence I booked this hotel again while I was staying in Bangkok during this holiday. It was then that I learned that the hotel would be re-branded (new name at the time, second half March - first half April, still unknown). Not sure what the reason behind this is, but re-branding always makes me a bit queasy. I have to say that I am still pleased about the look of the hotel, it's friendly staff and the comfort of the rooms.

I have made several trips after which I would return to Bangkok, which was my travel hub, and stay at Ramada Encore / Galleria 10 again. I stayed in different rooms (Superior Chill, Deluxe Corner) and noted that maintenance was not always as it should be: I came across loose hinges of the glass shower door, a loose faucet fixture of the sink in the bathroom, curtains that were torn loose from the rails over the length of 5 hooks, a loose power / internet outlet on the wall at the table/desk. But when reported to the reception things were always fixed the same day. This being a 4 star hotel, it would be better if room service makes sure all is still as it should be and then report any discrepancies to maintenance, instead of guests coming across things that need fixing. It just gives a sloppy impression. Another point that could be improved: instead of offering only 24 hours of free internet, why not provide free internet to all hotel guests? H

Hotel staff were very friendly. The facilities were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Power went down on one of the days during my stay. It took them about 5 mins to restore it back to normal. The light switches for the bathroom were too far away from the bathroom.

Mostly everything, staff friendly and helpful, room well equipped and while not very large was big enough, bathroom had a clean modern design with a good shower.

I loved the location of this hotel. Its a 5 min walk from the main sukhmvit road alongside a beautiful park. So the views from the hotel are lovely.
