Not staying longer!!

I booked a studio room and was upgraded to business suite which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially the male staff namely Thong and the British manager were very helpful and friendly. Definitely I will stay in this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

Perfect location in a quiet yet central soi Free 24 hour tuk tuk service to nearby places

At night the tuk tuk driver seems not over motivated and pretend not to understand our request

Not every time you can catch the free tuktuk back to hotel.

The pool was nice, the view from our room was stunning

No breakfast included, small hotel foyer, small fitness room (two machines only). All in all: not classy enough for 4 stars ranking... Would def. choose somewhere cheaper or more expensive to get some kind of a personal experience. The hotel is boring...

The neighborhood is excellent. Besides beeing in the middle of an almost chaotic city, the hotel is peacefully located in a small quiet street

To walk back home late at night. Looks safe but the street is too dark

A little far from main road, you can not find free TukTuk every time. There is a building construction near the hotel, so maybe a little noise

Could not fault the hotel and staff. Good value for money.

Unfortunately which is no fault of the hotel there is building work going on next door, which didn't bother us to much.

In a quite area of the city and close to a BTS train station.

Very convenient location, nice, clean, cosy hotel. Friendly staff.

No business centre. There is 1 PC in the lobby, but there is no chair to sit on, so you have to bend towards the pc while browsing... I can only recommend to take your own PC and use wi-fi.

Gorgeous pool, great cocktails, very helpful and friendly staff. I was travelling alone and had a cocktail during 2for1 happy hour, but didn't fancy the second one straight away. So the waiter agreed to give it to me with my dinner later that evening. Very comfortable room, lovely shower. Convenient location 200m from Asok SkyTrain station.

Very minor things that showed the language barrier. I had asked for a wake up call at 6.30am. But as I had woken up at 5am, I told them I no longer needed the call. But they still call me at 6.30. I can imagine it being very annoying if you cancel the call as you want a lie in.

Free wi-fi Breakfast selection was good

The outdoors restaurant near pool was infested with mosquitoes at night. I had never had so many bites especially in a hotel. Unacceptable! The buffet breakfast was understaffed. A few guests myself included had to get our own coffee. Service staff hardly smiles.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome

The rooms were a little dated and the shower was clogged. Service was called but they said nothing could be some about it

staff were incredibly helpful and even though the Hotel is down a side street they provided free transport via a tut tut to the main road, great stay and fantastic breakfast.
