Pleasant location, although to get the transport is not very convenient to other places in Bangkok. Polite helpful staff.

The towels were not very clean, old linens, air conditioning has very strong unpleasant smell and does not work well. The room is old.

The location is excellent and the rooms, although not big are comfortable. It is air conditioned and has a lift. It was also a good price.

Beware this not the Rambuttri Village hotel which is a short walk away and has a swimming pool. The bathroom was small and the shower, next to the door was not convenient. There is no separate shower space so water goes everywhere.

Great staff, centrally located, very clean.

It is on a street w very popular bars that have live entertainment that goes until the early hours of the morning.

Friendly staff, good location, clean, good air conditioning (a must in Bangkok), my room in the back of the building was really quiet.

It seems to be usual in Bangkok budget hotels, the shower is in the middle of the bathroom, there's no box! The street is loud, I assume that rooms facing the street will be noisy.

NOTHING...i just wanted to leave because of noise and crowds.

Big festival on in bkk time I was there. I was trapped in the hotel by riotous crowds in the street outside. Really noisy sound system across the road...DEAFENING...and my room shook. Impossible to sleep.....i was tired and wanted to sleep after long journey. They were totally unhelpful in giving me a quieter room...perhaps they didn't have....but usually there is if they try hard enough. I did not stay the second paid for night and lost 10%. This has never happened to me. No facilities like swim pool ...or lounge...or anything really. Just rooms. Expensive for that area.I Suspect they make false reviews. No way it deserved more than 7 !!!!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the location was excellent. Close to Kho San road.

The staff could be a little more friendly.

Best place for Songkran Festival

A very standard room which was very clean & wonderful staff at the facility. A friend and I booked this hotel two days before our trip. The process was so simple and when we arrived the staff were very friendly and spoke pretty good English. The security at the hotel was great because there were cameras on every floor. We booked this hotel because if was a 2 minute walk to Khao Sang Road. The room was very standard with tan walls, a bed, and decent bathroom. Not much decor but it was very comfortable and a great price to stay while we were in Bangkok. Fyi: stayed here during Songkran weekend, it was a wonderful experience but be ready to get splashed with water every time you step out into the street. The street that the hotel is on parallels to khao sang road so the street is super busy during the songkran festival. Avoiding the water is simple if you leave before noon but expect the water fight to last until 2 am. Overall, it was a plain/standard room which was clean and close to the parties on khao sang road. Easy to find taxi in the area, also. Definitely would stay here again. You get what you pay for with this hotel.

Loved the staff and location. The room and bathroom were very simple but for people on a budget it was perfect. Shower had hot water and WiFi was fast.

Our room was in front of a late bar and the music just kept getting louder until well into the morning, found it hard to get to sleep

Good location in lively Khao San district, perfect to souvenier shopping, eating out, great live music pubs, and some temples are also near by. Great reception help were much appreciated! Free wi-fi, conditioner, taxi service help, luggage lift-up assistance. We had a room facing silent side, which is really nessesary.

Rooms rather small, but ok. Some rooms should be noisy.

Located next to Kaosan Road, perfect place to stay in Bangkok. All the main attractions are a stone throw from the hotel. Fair room and bathroom.

i feel like Rambuttri House is good for us,it's not so much expensive and easy to have fun outside, cause it is in kaoshan road.

the room is little bit small.but it depends on its price.and it 's little bit noisy.but it is in kaoshan.so it is.only one i am not like too much is the wifi in the room is not good.

Wifi in the room was good

A little bit noisy outside, but if you are tired like real tourist it doesn't matter :)
