I liked the Swimming Pool (main reason why I stayed there). The room was fine and - considering the location of the hotel - the money charged was ok. I liked the Swimming Pool although it would be nice if it was opened in the evenings, because this is the prime time where you want to go there if you go sightseeing during the day. The room was fine, although not a 100% clean. The staff at reception was sometimes friendly, but sometimes very indifferent and not helpful at all, e.g. "Can I book another hotel room in two weeks?" - "Oh no, please come back tomorrow to do this"... |

It has a roof top swimming pool which is kept clean, and the rooms are clean as well. After reading reviews the staff weren't as bad as some people suggested, however because of what they have to put up with from some guest you can see why sometimes they may not be too polite. The rooms should be non-smoking. |

Excelent location for night life, pool, good room, excelente value for money, the staff is not very firendly but they are ok, put was very nice. Buena ubicacion para la noche, la piscina, excelente relacion calidad-precio. Is not a calm area, is very turistic. |

Only the location. The rest was a big disappointment! The staff, they didn't even look at you when they talk. Not friendly. The room was horrible, on the ground floor, with the smell of mold, with cockroaches! Was not funny to sleep there. I booked 1 month before but didn't get not-smoking room when I arrived there. I stayed 2 nights there, but they didn't take my baggage to free storage for several hours after checking out! Horrible place. |

Swam, slept The aircon was far too noisy and when one turned it off one could hear all the other aircons around the hotel. The pillows were like bricks. |

Location and that it was clean en cheap! Tha staff is terrible! Unfriendly and this in Thailand, one of the most friendliest country in the world! Most of them are unwilling to help and speak poorly english. But it is cheap and clean and that is more important. |

Good location, couple of minutes from Khaosan Road and about 5 minutes from Ferry Pier Staff can be a bit unfriendly, no storage space apart from 4 hooks on wall in single room |

The convenience of finding facilities that make it easy for my stay, such as internet cafes, 7 eleven shop, money exchange, mobile food vending, coffee shops/restaurants, beauty therapy and clothing markets, tailoring and laundry - at the doorstep. The towels and sheets provided for this category of room are over-used and old and the aircon units are too noisy. |

In soi rambuttri, close to Kao San Road but away from all the noise and tourist traps. They have a lot of rooms I think they need more staff, they we not all too friendly but I think it had to do with the fact that even in low season there was too much people coming into the hotel and only 3 o 4 persons attending customers. |

the fact that the the hotel is very close to center the cleaning of the rooms- they only do "cosmetic" cleaning. they arranged the bed but didn't realy cleand the rest of the room. |
