the free mini bar in the room throughout our stay. lots of mosquitoes in the room, we had to tell them to put the spay everyday and the house keeper always left the room wide open while cleaning. |

Great place to stay -- ended up staying 4 nights instead of 2 and were very happy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. |

spacious but very plain The hotel did not live up to our expection from the reviews we have read from other customers. The room is surely big enough but feeling rather empty and cold (maybe due to the limited furnitures and lack of a window). The staff on the night-shift was extremely unprofessional. |

Our group of seven Assies loved this Hotel. Perfect position for us. Walking to nightlife and shops. Cute little hotel, nice staff, comfy beds and good enough breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Would stay there again and recommend it to our friends. |

The staff are very accomodating and prompt in responding to any concern. I like the spa, really good and relaxing. Excellent service from the front desk and the spa reception. Honestly, I will always stay there whenever Im in Chiang Mai. The mosquitoes I guess. But other things and the price compensates for that setback. |

The Royal Suite was large - 2 Bedroom, one double and 2 single beds, along with a living room. Location is good as it is close to the Night Market, Sunday Market, and the old City Square - Iron Gate. Floors inside the room are extremely noisey, creak and groan wherever you walk. Internet never worked, computers at the front desk are slow for internet, so don't stay here if that is a big aspect of your stay. They tried for 10 minutes to fix it and never did. Their answer was either a free massage or a free meal at the hotel, didn't take either. |

Raming Lodge was in a great location, close to both night markets and in the middle of the Songkran festival. The people were very friendly and extremely helpful. We hired one of the drivers from the hotel to take us on a tour for the entire day and it was very convenient. |

Close to the night market and city center. Nothing special: not in a bad sense not in a good sense... Breakfast is on the lower edge of a breakfast buffet. Smoking in Thailand? Still allowed in the restaurant? |

I had a small problem with bed bugs and was given a new room and no further problems. Too much insects flying about in the Loby Area |

Location, unique bedroom deco & size, front counter services, complimentary break-fast and coffee house foods & music. Overall it is an marvellous cosy hotel we are very contented on our stay with the hotel and will come back to stay at this hotel again. There is one thing which we would like to see is the pianist musician plays & sings extremely well and he should be place near the statue at the end of the open garden restaurant maybe from 9-10pm onward . |

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, especially the outdoor dining area, and the rooms are nicely furnished with traditional Thai decor. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, but it is inconveniently located: outside the hotel building and down the road a bit. |

The staff couldn't be more helpful. Very professional & very nice to deal with. 5 stars for them. The bell boys couldn't do enough for you, they were excellent. We booked a Deluxe Room, thankfully we hadn't booked a Standard, I wondered what quality that one because the Deluxe was certainly not deluxe. The rooms are old & the bed is very uncomfortable. Mini bar was free but it only contained a can of coke, orange & 2 beers! I've had free mini bars in other hotels & they were fully stocked so this was misleading. |
