Short walk to night bazaar, clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. Have stayed here a number of times and will again
Swimming pool needs work
The location is excellent and the area for eating breakfast really pleasant. The tour service is very helpful.
Unfortunately the staff did not seem very customer focussed. Although they did their jobs, they did not 'go the extra mile'. The pillows on the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is a little 'tired' and in need of some positive management.
Location is perfect, hafway between old town and night market. Very helpful, friendly staff. Large, clean, comfortable rooms Spa service is good (traditional massage, foot massage etc...) Good breakfast if you choose asian food, but european food could be better (croissants in particular)
Small details, but I didn't ask to change room because of these : Room safe was broken. Room door was difficult to open (old door lock). Wifi not always stable. Swimming pool across street behind hotel
Location, value for money
Location n pricing.
Room is too dark. Bed with sharp wooden edges. Room too much wood decorations. Room is not too cosy.
free pickup from/to airport, location
poor breakfast, pool (beds)
Great location, nice and clean, had a connecting room which was great as I was travelling with my adult children. Stayed here in 2013 and again in 2014. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
No issues at all
Very good location, enjoyed my stay
Great hotel, good breakfast. Good location beware many bars in this area.
Pool was clean, but the sun beds needed attention.
Close to restaurants, night markets & spa massage facilities. Free airport transfer. Hire a bicycle & explore the Buddhist temples & museums within the Old City.
Happy with all.
Staff were very good and spoke different languages
The price i payed for probably the smallest junior suite i have stayed in thailand.......i payed 10,000 baht for a 3 night stay in the centre of bangkok and got a massive suite.
Location is great (just over the road from hotel we got best rate of exchange from super exchange). Lots of bars and restaurants
Shower took ages to heat up. Wasted so much water before it ran hot - then hotel talk about saving water!
Needs a make over Breakfast very poor
Breakfast buffet- very weak, same thing for 3 mornings Wifi - they gave out codes which never worked and you could never connect. The tour operator in the hotel was nice, but all of the tours we took were mis-represented
Staff were amazing.
Stayed at hotel with friends. The hotel is right on Loikroh road which is where all the little bars are, the first being not more than 20 yards away. only a few mins/100 bht tuk tuk away from the more cosmopolitan parts of Chaing Mai. Staff very helpful. Hotel guest friendly if u take someone back. Great little pool which we virtually had to ourselves. Booking to back next year.
Not much I didn't like. The bed was a bit hard compared to other beds I stayed in on my holiday. Noise from dining area can be heard from 2nd floor where I was staying. Other than that, no complaints what so ever.
Room furnishings. Value and location
Slightly noisy air con
Boutique nature of room and shower. Great big bed, very comfortable. Free internet access Car parking and small swimming pool although I never used it.
Basic, poor buffet breakfast. I stayed twice, on the first occasion had a room overlooking Loi Kroh Road, very noisy, early morning wake ups from the remnants of the previous night. The second night I was allocated a room overlooking the soi running parallel at the back. Super quiet
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent. The room was spacious.
Breakfast was not diverse enough. Ants, geckos and mosquitos in the room, staff brought us insect spray by our request. In the last couple of days the internet connection did not function properly.
Great location, staff and facilities. Will come back
Pool furniture needed updating , otherwise everything was good
Very good location, close to everything, very close to the night bazaar. Lots of 7/11 and massage parlors around. Free minibar daily. Nice room and very good WiFi.
Breakfast wasn't a star, only fair IMHO. Ants consistently near the bacon tray. Took 5 min for the shower to get hot. Both not a dealbreaker (this is Thailand after all). Water temp probably because we were on a higher floor.
Beds are comfortable. Good location, nice design, big rooms. Nice staff. My trip partner had special dietary needs and the breakfast staff really helped her and provided her with food that suited her needs with no extra charge.
It's my second stay at the hotel. Bathroom and bed sheets aren't not a 100% clean. Breakfast used to have a lot more variety. Not all front desk staff speak English. Mosquito nets on the door of the room would be very helpful.
20 mins walk to the Saturday night market, same distance for the Sunday market and ...Oops only 10 mins to the evening everyday Night market.
Location is everything. The spacious rooms are a bonus.
