We enjoyed the whole experience.Excellent location,for sight seeing, near the Royal Palace and the reclining budda complimentery water every day, very good breakfast. Dont let the entrance road put you off, it is in a back street, approx; 300 meters from the roundabout

There are no lifts there, and no views whatsoever, but it was ideal for us, as we were out sightseeing.

Good location(5 minute walk koasan road,) nice big room with separate lounge area, breakfast included. Staff very good.

The location of Ratchadamnoen Residence is great in old part of Bangkok. There is also a great reference point Democracy Monument near there. We showed it to drivers and they all new it. There is McDonalds 50 meteres from the hotel. The staff were friendly and hospitality was superior. Defenetly I'll chose Ratchadamnoen Residence next time in Bangkok.

There is no any from windows, but to be honest we didn't need it at all.

Enormous rooms, very nice interior, friendly staff (they packed us the breakfast when we checked out early, nice surprise ^_^), simply the best hotel I ever stayed

very good location, close to Khao San Road, and walking distance to the Grand Palace. We booked a two-bedroom room,which was really nice and spacy, clean, lovely facilities and well furnished. We stayed here for two days, and met 3 staffs here, all of them were nice, smiley and helpful. The breakfast here was even better, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, bread with butter or Jam, fired eggs with bacon, everything. just wonderful. Even it is close to everywhere, it‘s very quite in night, really relax and good sleep. I definately will come back next time.

Inclusive breakfast, plus two-bedroom apartment made this hotel so valuable. Location is also good, near Khao San Road and the Grand Palace(although these are not my interested places...). Can left luggage for free.

The staff are not hospitable. They just told what we asked, no more recommendations and warm tips.

Value for money, close to the historical part, easy to find - a noticeable landmark

The second room in two-room apartment was too small for two kids with an extra bed in it. The girl at the reception didn't even look at us when she me us for he first time

Very convenient and worth money. It just take around 10 minutes to walk to Khao shan Rd. The room is clean and the receptionist was very kind and patient. The breakfast is very good. It is worth to stay.

Like others said there is no elevator.

Tucked up a rather grotty side street. All our taxi drivers (4) had problem finding it, 2 had to ring them even though we had hotel provided directions and map). Very small and un-inviting lobby which surprisingly opens up into a very clean and quite spacious modern layout above lawyers building. Which is somewhat spoilt by wooden slats instead of sealed windows allowing sewage smell from next doors leaking plumbing into the room area.(And there’s the problem, no lift.) Our 2 room suite was on 4th floor and, although the staff were helpful in taking luggage upstairs but no phone to desk so it was still a trudge for this old git every time I wanted to ask question or nip in / out. Although there is tea/coffee facilities and mini bar, the supposed kitchen facilities comprise fridge kettle and cupboards nothing else so little point having a kitchen. Non slip tiles in shower area but room tiles like glass so the slightest bit of water from body onto floor and you can break your neck. Our little one slipped backwards banged his head, and nearly knocked himself out (haven’t these bloody hotel owners heard of non-slip mats?) beds not bad but constant door banging and scraping apparent moving of furniture at 11 pm Now for the plusses, the staff insisted on providing free food for our little 3 year even though we hadn’t paid for him, offered him milk, orange juice and food and fed him first before us (something none of the other hotels we have visited have done.)

For this price surprisingly pleasent small hotel with pleasant staff, nice, spacious and comfortable apartment, free wifi, quiet area, walking distance to the river, we were very satisfied, indeed.

Nothing particular, perhaps a bit dirty immediate vicinity of the hotel.

We chose this hotel for our two-night stay in Bangkok based on a combination of location, price and previous reviews; we were not disappointed. It sits in a back street away from the noise and commotion of the main roads and so is pretty quiet and allowed us some much-needed rest after our long journey. The rooms are extremely spacious with separate sleeping, lounge and bathroom areas; our room even had a porch-type area with it's own air conditioning unit and seating. The staff are lovely: courteous, helpful and welcoming. Khao San Road is walkable within five minutes and numerous other highlights including the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Chinatown can be reached by taxi or tuk tuk for a few baht. If you're looking for somewhere clean, well-priced and close to rail links and numerous attractions, this is your place.

Perfect location, large comfortable room with everthing one needs such as air con, TV, fridge, kettle. Easy walk to tourist sites and Khao San Road, which is worth experiencing!

The staff is very friendly and kind. Very useful as well. I needed to book a bus for the night, without their help couldn't get the last seat available! Amazing!
