The room is very clean and comfortable, staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel swimming pool is good, high quality Spa in the hotel.

The hotel location is not convenient enough.

The garden and pool are good.

Booked the room for deluxe standard room, checked in and assigned to room 1005, was on top of the restaurant and bar. Very noisy at night time even after 10pm. also balcony and room can be seen outside from the garden and corridor, no privacy at all. Did complained to the hotel and got upgraded to deluxe suites then problem was solved.

The fantastic atmosphere, friendly, relax, greate attention witout overdoing. We liked very much the outside restaurant and spent a lot of time there.

The airconditon in the room were very noisy and also very diffelcult to adjust. There were variable speed on the airconfan, but apparently did not seem to work resulting in a cotinous high speed on fan and reflecting noise disturbing sleep and comfort.

Hôtel location is great, close to city center but far from the crowd. Rooms are very spacious and equipment (pool, gym) are great. Very Nice hotel.

Breakfast !!! Breakfast is far below 5 star hôtel standards : chemical fruit juice, limited fresh fruit choice, low quality bread and pastries. Disappointing indeed.

Very friendly staff and good kitchen, wonderful large swimming pool and wooden interior of rooms. Quite surrounding area with only a couple of minutes by tuk-tuk to the Night Market. Possible to book tourist tours with the same price as of tourist agents.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are really big and nice. Its value for money. The best thing is that it is little away from the main city but at the same time not too far off. So its ideal for people seeking peace as well as for people who like o keep on moving

Besides the beautiful design and tastefully decorated interiors, the staff were beautiful, helpful people. We will definately be returning.

Loved the decor and attention to detail.

Didn't like that as the hotel is open plan that not all areas were airconditioned. The room service food was hardly warm which was disappointing as it looked wonderful.

Very clean, friendly, relaxed resort. Great food. Good tour company representative and shop for local handicrafts and sculptures. Would definitely stay again (without any hesitation) if I was in Chiang Mai, and would recommend to friends.

The RatiLanna was supurb. Very relaxing environment and the attention to detail was beautiful. There were so many lovely features, flowers arrangements, wooden doors, water features etc that stood out. The staff were great. I recommend getting a suite. We had a deluxe room and then the roof leaked so they had to move us, the room they moved us to was smaller than original room so they moved us to a suite. The suites have a lounge, dining room and seperate bedroom, definately would book a suite next time as we had our 10 yr old staying with us and meant he could be in the lounge and we had the bedroom. We had no problems checking in and our room was ready for us with fold away bed set up on arrival.

酒店非常地豪华，设施都很好，而且酒店很安静，非常舒服，酒店里的spa非常非常好，手法超好的，酒店的泳- 池非常不错，早餐也很合我的胃口，十分地满意

太多蚊虫了，还在房间发现有壁虎

La beauté et l'authenticité de cet hôtel. La situation excentrée par rapport au centre ville n'est pas un problème , au contraire situe au bord de la rivière il est au calme

C'est la deuxième fois que ous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous avons eu la même chambre, la 3012 à partir du 5h45 on ne peut plus dormir, bruits de portes, le pers bel parle très fort. Dommage sinon c'était parfait.

酒店设计很有当地风格，房间临江，景色不错。我们去的时候刚好看到一场传统的兰纳婚礼，近距离的了解当地人- 的生活，服务很贴心。
