Rayaburi Hotel, Patong  

it's a great hotel, the staff there are really kind. the location is a little far away from downtown, you need to walk about 10 mins to downtown, but this also means it also far away from noise. a good place to stay in phuket. and the hotel has wifi recovered in every room. this is really great. and the room is really clean. i like the hotel.

Good location and comfortable. Friendly staff and I enjoyed my stay there and next time I plan a trip to Pukhet I will come in June or July as I hope to get better rates during the off peak season. The food was good.

I cannot think of anything negative to say except that I missed my breakfast everyday as I woke up late!! The bathroom should be enclosed with a partition so that if you are traveling with friends then you have some privacy. It's ok if you are a couple but with friends it could be awkward.

Located near the beach. Free wifi was an added advantage. Breakfast was good enough for us too.

Staff generally not that friendly except for a bell boy who was helpful and friendly.

The rooms were spacious and very clean at all times. The location was very close to the beach and the tailors as well as the shopping market.

The service were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Welcome drinks offered to guest is a plus! Thumb up. The facilities is worth for the price.

Beach towel should be provided for free to guest instead of rent it. Free airport shuttle service for 3 nights stay guest would be great.

The unique Thai design of the building. Clean room, excellent service provided by the staff, very near to beach the Bangla Rd.. Not too noisy, there's bath tub in the room, very very useful after a full day of walking n exploring. Too bad the beach at Patong is kinda polluted with bits n pieces of plastics...

Location is great,deluxe room was very comfortable,but forget seawiev(i dont believe)if you book by booking.com it is impossible,but price is very cheap for this hotel and location

At first I booked 2 days by booking.com,they gave me room 202,but balcony was looking at wall,then they move us to 305.it was ok.and I wanted to book 5 days more by booking.com (price was 1620 thb per day room+breakfast)but I wanted same room from reception.But they told they dont guarantee same room so I had to reserve from reception for keep room 305 (by 1700 thb per day)..AND Last night I called taxi driver for book from reception.they told me 20 thb per min.when I started to push numbers of phone time started.i just talk with driver 40-45 sec. They said 3 min. 60Thb(their God was not buda,MONEY:))

Very near to beach.

In year 2010, I was stay in Rayaburi before it was very excellent services and facilities so I was back to the same hotel in 2011. Same Hotel, higher price but with poor Services, less facilities.. Kinda dissapointed, I was highly recommend this hotel to my friends, end up all feel so dissapointed.

Location is very good. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are really nice decorated, at least in the main biulding. There are just couple of bars infront of the hotel but they aren't that noisy... Love the hotel.

Good location - comfortable rooms - reasonable price - good housekeeping staff - but terrible reception staff.

Very unfriendly reception staff - they showed very clearly that they were not happy that they had to entertain guest who had booked online. They started to dispute most of the terms and conditions of the on-line booking. Thsi happened to me, another friedn who had booked online as well as another family who happned to arrive around the same time as us. The comment made by the arrogant duty manager was that they do not make much money with on-line bookings !!!!!!!!!! While checking out I found on my bill chages for 3600+ Thai Bath worth of international calls made from my room - the dates and timing were not accurate (some before we checked in) and the staff were quick to drop these phone charges from my bill when I asked to see the owner - very suspicious ????
