Very friendly staff. They gave us a drink on arrival and also upgraded us from a standard room to a suite (we didn't ask to be upgraded) - even though we were only staying in Patong 1 night. The location is very central - one street across from the main action in Bangla Road, yet our room was pretty quiet at night despite facing onto the road. Breakfast is ok. Overall this hotel represents good value for money. |

I did not like the hotel restaurant located almost on the street, my room had window with view for the opposite wall , pool at the roof looked abandon |

This was a very nice , clean and comfortable hotel. Very central and close to everything but also quiet. The staff was very helpfull in everything we asked. Everything was much better than what I expected from a so central hotel. I reccomend this hotel to everybody. |

Rayaburi Was a great place to stay. Hotel Staff were excellent Much thanks must go to Samrit he was exseptional on the front desk as were all that were there, assisting all our needs with onhest advice. Great value for money, Room & facilities very clean we would stay there again . We had to go home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. |

The location is perfect. It is difficult to sleep early at night since some bars around the hotel and don't close before 3 AM. |

The location is okay,within walking distance to beach and all oter amenities.Shopping,bars and pubs. Would recommend because of location only. After arrangements to be picked up at airport..they got the times wrong so we had to get a cab.Again the lift did not work so we ad to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a heavy night of partying.The breakfast is noting to write home about.The room was comfortable however the bathroom needed us to be gymnasts to get in and out.The ledge of the bath is so wide that you could get hurt getting in or out of the tub. |

always take receipt while giving your payment to the hotel, they didnt give me back my 600 bhat and promised to refund at check out but when the time came and i asked for money then the girl standing there refused to refund and informed me of already refunded me the money at the time of check in. not trust worthy , the front desk |

the staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean not impressed that additional payment was required for a guest or friend every night they stayed considering the same rate was payable for a single or shared room. The rate stated room rate but ended up being per person.. ripped off |
