Rayaburi Hotel, Patong  

The room is clean, services are good and their thoughtful make us proud to be staying in. And I am glad to choose Rayaburi as all my friends are so satisfied and happy during our stay in phuket.

Nothing much... But if I have to say something maybe the open air cafe has some flies during our breakfast time... Haha, not a big deal....

Good location right near Patong beach

Sea view rooms do not contain sea view itself. You can see power transformers, roofs, trees, something else, and if you will be really lucky, in some rooms you'll see very small bit of the sea.If you want panoramic view - this hotel is not for you.Rooms are not so big as stated here (balcony is also mentioned in the room square. No sea view in Deluxe Sea View rooms.Air conditioning is designed really bad - cols airflow goes right to the bed, so influencia is guaranteed. Sauna is small and always turned off, to get it you need to wait at least 1 hour.

Friendly staff, Nice design, Reasonable and easy to book tour at the hotel. Food is reasonable

Only 1 lift which could be a hassle for a group of 8 of us. Bed is a tad too hard for comfort. Water heater is inconsistent. Air con too dry.

Situated on Jomtien beach. Inexpencive small hotel, balcony with sea view. (not all rooms)

Check-in was not pleasant, maybe a bad day at the reception. Wi-Fi was not working correctly.

Clean & tidy room. Fruits in breakfast. Close to beach. Large & comfortable bed.

Only shower curtain towards the louvre at bedroom but not inside bathroom. Low water pressure for shower.

I really like the design of the Hotel,food is good especially for breakfast, room is clean and confortable, water is good, bathroom very clean.

The restuarant was excellent and very reasonable. An ideal location.

Good location and comfortable. Friendly staff and I enjoyed my stay there and next time I plan a trip to Pukhet I will come in June or July as I hope to get better rates during the off peak season. The food was good.

I cannot think of anything negative to say except that I missed my breakfast everyday as I woke up late!! The bathroom should be enclosed with a partition so that if you are traveling with friends then you have some privacy. It's ok if you are a couple but with friends it could be awkward.

Too strict with guest entering hotel

I would never stay here again. Despite paying for an above base room, the room was falsely described, had bad odours, no private balcony or sea view (as claimed), had dirty stains on the curtains, a broken a/c, was extremely noisy and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we complained to the manager 'Sam', he said he already knew about the issues, but would not do anything to help as the hotel was booked out. A lack of hotel guests and online availability for the night proved this to be untrue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at any price.
