Luxury designed room, full facilities, nice staffs. Far from the center, no rental bike, not very delicious free breakfast. On our only night staying there, the elevator went out of order and we had to walk to 8th floor with a heavy luggage, same thing happened the next morning.

There are convenient stores nearby (24 hrs). The room is spacious and well decorated.The services staff are friendly and helpful. On the 2nd day stay (Jul 29, 2012) about 7.30pm, one of my friend aged 67 yrs, fell sick and required medical care. The staff acted fast. Provided transport and drove us to the hospital. He even offered to wait. We really appreciated. Lack of public transport.

Breakfast is really nothing special. Room description is not accurate, they didn't even know why there's a '19 inch flat screen tv' announced on booking.com...

Ontbijtbuffet (veel thais) is geweldig. Kamers zeer ruim. Boutique hotel. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels en kan daarmee ook weinig voor je regelen en organiseren. Gericht op Thaise zakenreiziger.

Frühstuck war sehr gut. Zimmer sauber, Bad etwas abgenutzt aber sauber. TV mit deutscher welle. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Englischkenntnisse könnten besser sein aber verständlich. Als wir zum Elephant Center wollten hat man uns eine extra Tour zu einen extrem günstigen Preis zusammengestellt, Die Hotelmitarbeiter haben uns dann durch die Gegend gefahren. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der innenstadt. Mann kann aber in 20 Minuten dorthin laufen.

Hartelijk ontvangst. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers sober, doelmatig en netjes vorm de prijs Ver van bus en treinstation. In de directe omgeving alleen een seveneleven. Verder moet je echt een taxi nemen om iets te eten of de winkels. Hotel heeft ook restaurant. Niemand at daar die avond, dus wij zijn buiten de deur geweest
