Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok  

The staff are very helpful. I left something in the room and did not notice until at the airport. Call and they got it to me on time and with no hassel.

The Executive Floor Suites and use of the Executive Lounge was a very pleasant experience for my breakfast and afterwork networking meeting with colleagues. The staff were also very good in booking excursions like a golf afternoon and tour.

Nothing even I checked out the next day I couldnt stay there for an ext a day

The staff are not professional in dealing with the guest The cleanses of the room wasn't excellence I found tissue and smelly stuff in the toilet basket from the previous guest The bad smell of the hotel and the bad decoration of the hotel

Nothing I like from the hotel

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. The hotel staff is very un-proffesional and very rude. Never ever stay in this hotel again. That was my first time and last time stay at Rembrandt Bangkok

They had quite a nice fitness facility. The staff were friendly.

For a hotel that is more upper class, they should offer Airport Shuttles, like so many other hotels do that are more economical. The internet should be complimentry. The scented fragrance that they put through the air ducts is a bit strong. Not everybody appreciates smelling chemicals upon their entry and stay at a facility.

I don't like the hotel, furniture it's old fashion, room it's too small.....

I paid by cash at reception, but they still frozen my credit card 2000thb, I phoned them 2 times, but they said after half an month will pay back, it's so bad!!!!

Perfect hotel.Stayed 4 nights.Close to city center and Metro and Skytrain. Also close to Highway to escape the city. The hotel is nice and big pool, several restaurants, nice open lobby.

Only massage (spa) facilicities are too expensive compare to others in same street.

The option of connecting rooms as we were a family with adult children the indian restuarant rang mahal was awesome the ambience, service and food was top class and could give any top indian restuarant in india a run for money so got really good food !!!!

The rooms were rather small and for families with triple sharing would become congested,though the staff was friendly there was a major communication problem due to language with the housekeeping staff....

Best place to arrive in Bangkok and to further explore this amazing city. Superb location, any location within reasonable distance. Suoperb service, the place feels good from the first moment you walk in.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Was given late checkout (2pm) availability.

Wifi connection in the room was absolutely ridiculous. No reception although a router was just outside the room. Avoid the 12th floor ( speceifically No1216 if u want to access wifi). Tuk Tuk service was not always available from hotel to BTS. Not many channels to choose from if you want to watch a bit of TV
