Wonderful views at night from our room and the restaurant on the top floor.The hotel was very peaceful after the noise in Bangkok. All the staff were very helpful. |

When i was checking out from the hotel i was accused of stealing a bed spread which was missing from my bed which they wanted to charge me for. I allowed the staff to search my suitcase to prove that i did not have the item but it was both humiliating and embarrassing for me. It ruined what was a very pleasant stay. |

The helplful and cheerful atitude of the staff. After long it was nice to see indian items on the breakfast menu. I am a frequent visitor at the hotel since 2005( Aircrew Jet Airways). The electic kettles in the rooms need a change. The tv need to be upgraded and with the ballooning population of indian visitors it would be desirable to include an english news channel(NDTV 24x7). As a suggestion it would be more productive to serve either plain Paranthas/ poories a whole during breakfast alternatively. |

De ligging van het hotel is perfect vlakbij de skytrain. De kamers zijn netjes en het ontbijt uitgebreid. Een tip om te eten (als je net als wij niet in het hotel wilt eten!!) is restaurant P.Kitchen dat vlak naast het hotel in de richting van de skytrain ligt. Een familierestaurant met een hele goede thaise keuken en lage prijzen. Het personeel was erg slecht als het ging om onze reservering die we via Booking.com gedaan hadden; in eerste instantie noemden ze een prijs die een stuk hoger lag dan de prijs die wij op internet hadden afgesproken en nadat ik mijn laptop geopend had en had laten zien wat de prijs op internet was waren ze overtuigd....vervolgens zou er dan geen ontbijt bij onze overnachting zitten terwijl we dit op internet wel geboekt hadden....al met al erg rommelig en irriterend. |

Smidig, vänlig personal i receptionen. Bra läge i Bangkok. Bra faciliteter i hotellet, ingen superlyx men rent och propert med fin frukostbuffet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Nej! |
