Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok  

I have stayed at the Rembrandt befor. I find it excellent value for money. Clean comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a very helpful staff. It is also only a five minute walk to a major city street, shops and one of Bangkoks Sky Train stations.

I found the staff ,with the exception of room cleaners , most unhelpful

On the web site it stated that a tuk tuk was available to visitors .I saw this outside the hotel but was told it was caput, when Iasked the concierge f analtenative was available she said Snead never seen one at the hotel As I am almost 80 Idid not appreciate walking in the heat to the sky train .The web site also stated t ask for resaurant vouchers at checkin the male receptionist said because Ihadbookedwith you they were not available!!!!!!

Nice staff, nice lobby.

We had problems with internet access in our room. Every time we called for support it took a long time and the tech support was ineffective, something was wrong with the wireless routers but he didn't know how to fix it I think. We left the hotel that day anyway but we lost a lot of time and it was a problem because we were doing some important online work.

Rooms are good and complete and there is a good breakfast buffet. I very much like there is free internet access in the rooms. Hotel is quiet and well situated.

The hotel is very well situated in Bangkok and close to the Skytrain station Asok. The staff are very serviceminded and are more than willing to help you out with all your needs. Service is fast and efficient. Breakfast is great!!! The room was a bit small but clean and newly renovated so we were more than satisfied. Free internet. No problems either for a late checkout which we really appreciated as we flew home in the middle of the night. A great hotel!

Good swiming pool ,very helpfull&good staff and managing ,allawed to me late checkout by the reception manager which was helpfull to me,very polite staff .

Nothing I like from the hotel

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. The hotel staff is very un-proffesional and very rude. Never ever stay in this hotel again. That was my first time and last time stay at Rembrandt Bangkok

They had quite a nice fitness facility. The staff were friendly.

For a hotel that is more upper class, they should offer Airport Shuttles, like so many other hotels do that are more economical. The internet should be complimentry. The scented fragrance that they put through the air ducts is a bit strong. Not everybody appreciates smelling chemicals upon their entry and stay at a facility.

Good Indian food at restaurant...obliging and friendly staff ...but sulky and uncommunicative lady at reception...Room good but noisy neighbours...Good breakfast buffet spread but limited veg food....No variety in omelets

Excellent Hotel with Corteous Staff. Excellent Value for Money.

Hotel is located in the interior of the main road with not much facilities available in the immediate vicinity.
