The room was very nice and comfortable and the extra bed for my son was very comfortable to sleep in. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet. If i come back to Bangkok, I would definetely stay there.

When I check out, the front desk ask me whether I wanna use Chinese yuan to pay, I said yes, cuz normally It will save me lots of money, but it turn out to spend 40usd difference to pay by Chinese yuan. (the currency is the hotel currency, not international market currency) the question is, they should let me know in advance, they charge Chinese yuan depend on hotel currency, I would never pay Chinese yuan.

Location, location, location...especially for shopping and very close proximity to Chidlom SkyTrain station. The rooms are great and staff well trained. They charged our friends for the accomodation that we have previously paid for, but once we informed them of this mistake everything was put back in order. It is good though that our friends noticed it on their internet banking statements, so be carefull as well.

The hotel is very new and very luxurious, I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located close to major shopping malls. I recommend this hotel for others The breakfast is not included in the package in addition to free wifi

Nice room, comfortoble bed, nice bathroom, great spa Position bit to isolate even it is in the center! No nice restaurant, lobby more launge than luxury hotel, Swimming pool small at inside!

This is an outstanding 5-star hotel. All the staff we encountered were truly professional and most exceeded expectations. It is a credit to the hotel training. Location is wonderful for both shopping and exploring Bangkok. The standard room we stayed in was awesome. The bathroom just lovely. Higher standard rooms must be awesome. We came here based on website feedback and we weren't disappointed. We will be staying here each Bangkok visit.

Funcionários super simpáticos, limpeza e modernidade. Eles me cobraram 329,56 thb de minibar que eu não consumi e que portanto eles falaram q eu consumi, simplesmente tiraram umas bebidas do meu frigobar no último dia e eles cobraram, mas não fui eu q consumi. Aliás, gostaria que vcs (booking) entrassem em contato com eles pra o meu reembolso, pois não aceito pagar algo que não consumi. Na hora, não quis discutir muito, pois estávamos atrasados para ir pro aeroporto.

Die Lage ist für Shopping ideal und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehr (Skytrain). Zuwenig thailändisches Flair. Die Inneneinrichtung erinnert stark an ein Hotel des Mittleren Ostens.

Magnifico Hotel. Situación privilegiada al lado del SkyTren. Todo es nuevo: excelentes instalaciones, habitaciones de diseño muy bien distribuidas y amplias, cama muy confortables con ropa de calidad, albornoz y zapatillas, extremadamente limpio. Personal muy atento. Muy buena seguridad para los clientes. Fácil check in/out. Pero lo mejor de todo es el Buffet del desayuno: variado, abundante y de altísimo calidad y por si fuera poco con Chef español. Vale lo que cuesta. Volvería sin dudar. Totalmente recomendable.
