The stay was a wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and they not only upgraded our room to studio but sent a honeymoon cake also. The hotel was clean, comfortable and secure. Staff was really helpful. The check in time was 2:00 pm but we reached hotel at 9:00 am and they allow us to occupy our room without asking single question. It hardly took 5 minutes to check in and check out. The hotel is located in the heart of city and well known shopping centers are on walking distance. We strongly recommend this hotel for young couples. The hotel is little expensive. Maximum Price of Nan(Roti) is 20p in Pakistan but hotel charged us around 6$. However, Indian sheaf is very good and cook delicious halal Indian/Pakistani food. Lobby is not attractive while swimming pool is small also.

The hotel is very new and very luxurious, I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located close to major shopping malls. I recommend this hotel for others The breakfast is not included in the package in addition to free wifi

Location, location, location...especially for shopping and very close proximity to Chidlom SkyTrain station. The rooms are great and staff well trained. They charged our friends for the accomodation that we have previously paid for, but once we informed them of this mistake everything was put back in order. It is good though that our friends noticed it on their internet banking statements, so be carefull as well.

It's such a chic & trendy hotel with excellent service without paying an arm or a leg. Location is very strategic to all major shopping malls and restaurants. Taking the skytrain/BTS was very convenient from the airport to the hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location for shooping,the hotel is clean the stuff is great and they even gave me a birthday cake. The best value for money. The water in the pool was too cold.

I wouldn't want to repeat all the best things most already mentioned, it was just awesome! Everything was excellent including the hotel staffs, except one particular staff in the club lounge, who was only friendly to selective guests, at least under my 3 days observations.
