Excellent service, friendly and professional personnel, clean beach by foot, confortable room, luxury and amazing massage by the professional, I love it!

Barbecue food is not very delicious, pizza made in asian way so quite weird, shop is too small even for people doing reasonable shopping.

The description of the one bedroom villa is incorrect as it is not a one bedroom separate from living area. To be fair I think the problem is with the description given on booking.com not the hotel description. The bedroom and living area are in the same room so I would call it a standard room.

Every things was excellent , from arrival and welcoming by reception staff till departure , rooms was very clean and comfortable , breakfast was excellent , the Beach and Pool was nice , SandBox restaurant next to the beach and pool was excellent , staff are very friendly , my family really like the staff of this hotel , thanks a lot for every things .

The hotel is great however it is far from Phuket city centre and Patong beach (about 45 min drive)

New resort with great swimming pool, beautiful room, beach is perfect, great buffet breakfast, good Thai restaurant.

Lovely staff. Amazing beach. Decent restaurants but eat out cheaper. Good cheap massage on beach 400bhat. Pool next to beach is relaxing. Rooms are very clean and pleasant especially ones with balcony next to Laguna. Lots of complimentary water when asked. Management provided complimentary dinner in Thai restaurant following room mix up. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety.

Arrived at 4am and no king size bed room available as confirmed by booking. Checked into twin bedroom. Situation was resolved next day and complimentary dinner provided only after asking for it. Hotel is located close to airport ( positive) but far away from Phuket city (1 hour) although shuttle bus available for 500bhat one way. Too many kids in adult pool.

The private beach unaccessible by general tourists was a warm welcome. The rooms were well appointed and the estate is well-maintained. Staff are friendly and well-trained.

An assault of sea stings in the Mai Khao stretch of sea was extremely fierce and unpleasant compared to other beaches we visited. Even our rashies didnt stop the fury of the stings. We stayed out of the sea mostly, a pity because the beach is stunning. The room we stayed in had stained floors and their pillows stank of overuse. A floor polish and change of pillows would help. Food from the Sandbox was average at best. Sweet potato chips came in massive slices and were unpalatable.

I liked the beach, the 400 B massages, very good breakfast, genuinely friendly staff, the hotel itself with its nice restaurants and great service, shuttles to Marriott, reasonably priced car rentals, the kids' club.

Expensive Quan Spa, remoteness from tourist hotspots, room on the ground floor (an insolent rat entered our room via the balcony at night), separately shown taxes - I'd prefer gross prices.

Staff Food Service Comfort

Too many young kids in the adults pool, sometimes ruining the peace and relaxation you are looking for. They should only be allowed to use the kids pool, which is always empty.

Staff and facilities were outstanding as was the privacy of a villa with a plunge pool. Breakfast Buffet was very good and evening menu in Restaurant was fine.The beach was fine and no hassel from locals. The Villa was very spacious and evrything was of a good quality decor basins showers tv etc I would stay here again if I was looking for a relaxing break. Transfer from the airport is quick and easy too.

I think the hotel needs to continuosuly review the standard of the buildings. Possibly due to enviromental conditions the decking at my private pool was rotting. I pointed this out to them and they were going to address the issue after my departure.The worst boards were attended to immediatly on New Years Eve so I have no doubt that they will continue the workm as promised.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. This has its advantages (i.e. deserted beach) but also there are no shops/non hotel restaurants.

The beach is just amazing. The breakfast is endless and with very good quality. Massage on the beach is very good and cheap. Highly recommend this hotel for relaxing weekend/break.

The spa was totally booked when we arrived. So, no chance to use it. Staff should improve english skills. If you want to go to Phuket town or Patong beach, it's very very far. Restaurants are good, but there's no amazing restaurant. Unless you go to marriott, which is 1km away.

Wunderschönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit schönem Interior. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist groß, mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool/ Strand. Service hier ist ebenfalls super. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da das Hotel ein wenig abseits der Stadt liegt. Würden jeder Zeit wieder herkommen!!!

The staff were very hospitable. The advertising on the website of both Renaissance and booking.com lived up to expectations. The hotels beach was definitely beautiful and a bonus to have direct access to we most of all loved the food and our suite

When you eat in the hotel a lot of the time the money adds up and your stay becomes very expensive. There were also some of the front desk staff that tended to communicate the wrong information about certain activities that left us with a very high bill at the end of our stay meaning we had to spend way over our budget

Beautiful and modern design, gorgeous pool and beach area, secluded hotel, near the airport. Breakfast was fabulous, a large choice of food.

The hotel is far from downtown, so if you plan to go outside during your stay it would not be easy, but it was perfect for us because we were looking for a secluded hotel near the airport. Spa rates and food price at Loca Vore restaurant were expensive for what it's worth.
