Staff were friendly

The bed sheets while had been changed they did not seem clean, the towels smelled. The bathroom had a bad stink coming from the drains. Mattress in the second room was very old and needed to be replaced all the springs were gone. Even though it was cheap we would not stay there again, and would not recommend it.

First of all, location is very convenient. It is in the center of Lamai beach. There are great fire shows every evening in Swing bar. Stuff is very helpful, if you want to go on trip (Angtong marine park of Safari trip or anywhere else), they could book it for you. Rooms are simple, but cozy. It was not hot, so fan is just right.

-Cheap rate close to beach, bars and restaurants (beach 1 min walk through the bar opposite) -Good location in Koh Samui and decent enough for what you are paying (dont expect luxury for this price!)

-Rooms were not the cleanest we've stayed in and bathroom drains a bit blocked up (not that nice to stand in dirty water!) -No reception staff after midnight, only a security guy in bar opposite. we got locked out of our bathroom during the night with noone to help us

The location was very good, close to everything . I Will stay at the same Hotel again. And the fireshows at nighttime was amazing :)

Perfect location. 10Seconds from the beach. Helpfull employees. Clean and big rooms. Nothing bad to say about this resort

Location it was the best. On the beach but just a very short walk from the night life.

Drinks prices went up party nights . No I picking holes.

It was close to a number of restaurants and the Main Street where there was a market.

The room I was in did not have any large windows to get any fresh air. It was stuffy throughout the day and night. The drain in the shower did not drain very well. The floor in the room looked to be stained.

I stayed at Rich Resort before. Now the rooms are much nicer since they apparently remodelled them. The prices are still the same though. It is good value for your money especially for its location close to the beach and Lamai town. Clean room and friendly staff on front desk and in the restaurant.

3 floors no elevator, but not a big deal

I heard about this place from a friend. Cheap prices for a private room and still decent quality, clean with all the basic needs. Girls working on the front desk were super helpful with helping me figure out where things were. Funky bar across the road Swing Bar with fireshows on the beach every night. I think it is owned by the same people. It is not right on the beach but a stones throw away from it and everyting else in Lamai is walking distance. I would stay again.

Very Good Location, Just next to the Beach and 5 minutes walk to nearby 7-11, eateries, massage shopping. Can just walk anywhere without sweating haha! Fire Show every night at the Swing Bar~

Parking can be space can be improved and move the wifi into the hotel as well instead of having to go to the swing bar

The roost was clean. Each day new and clean towels.

It is the hotel that belongs to the party cafe of the island. We had rom 202 near the road and next to the cafe. Noisy till 2 in the night. The beach was not super clean and a lot of little jelly fish that pcik on you when you are swimming. Coconut beach hotel nearby was much better!

Nice and simple place on lamai beach. Value for money in all meanings staff always smiley and always helpful

I wish they had a elevator :)

La saleté Moisissures dans la salle de bain draps déchirer ou plein de tâche les serviettes qui sentait l'humidité et 200 bahts par jours en supplément pour le wifi

место расположение просто отличное!!!!!! всё рядом ,ресторан пляж с лежаками,в 2 шага от моря.персоонал приветливый,отзывчивый,всегда поможет ,подскажет!!!! рекомендую всем кто собираеться его бронировать -не пожалеете!1) экономно,2)в центре ламая,3) своя шоу программа .....могу много написать.........рекомендую!!!!!! отрицательного сказать не могу ни чего!!!!!!!!

Die lage ist super,zimmer sauber,wenn man will wird jeden tag gereinigt,fast direkt am strand,der nette teil des personals,ruhig wenn keine party ist,recht praktisch gelegen,recht gutes preisleistungsverhältnis

Staff,personal zum teil unfreundlich(besonders der gaywaiter),der andere teil dafür umso netter

Der Empfang, sehr unfreundlicher Chef, nicht auf unser Anliegen eingegangen. - Unsaubere Zimmer. - Personal nicht freundlich im Hotel und in der Baar. - schlechte Organisation, Taxidienst von Flughafen hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, erst zu kleines Taxi, dann mussten zwei bezahlt werden. - ein Stundenhotel mit schmuddeligem Charakter

Nous sommes un jeune couple et avons l'habitude de voyager, nous ne cherchons jamais le luxe mais je ne conseil cet hôtel à personne, même pas pour une seule nuit. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h la réception était fermée, le gardien nous a emmené dans la chambre ( pour 2 nuits) et de la : - serviettes sales et malhodorantes (j'en ai demandé 2 autres elles étaient encore plus sales) - ménage dans la chambre non fait, cheveux par terre et sur les meubles - salle de bains sale, douche froide, le débit de l'eau était très faible Le lendemain j'ai demandé à changé de chambre et le résultats était le même, le ménage est un gros problème dans cet établissement ! Pour le même prix on a trouvé beaucoup mieux à deux pas de cet hotel !

Es un hotel bien situado, limpio, y con un personal muy simpático y agradable manteniendo un estilo rustico y playero, ideal para quitarse los complejos y olvidarse de los problemas. Tienes a tu disposición hamacas, bar, restaurante y masajes en la playa, precios muy razonables y ambiente muy veraniego y festivo, también hay disposición de deportes acuáticos variados. Y espectáculos nocturnos.

Las habitación era con ventana interior al pasillo y no exterior.

Merci à Allan le propriétaire des lieux et son staff qui nous ont rendu notre séjour parfait ! établissement sur la plage, bar avec animations tout en restant chaleureux et pas too much comme on pourrait le voir à chaweng beach, proche de nombreux centre d'intérêt ! Location de vehicule directement avec le resort. Que du bonheur ! Geraud et Patricia

Pour motiver un peu notre cher patron québécois nous attendons de pied ferme la piscine pour l'année prochaine ! :-)

房间超大，150元的房子比帕岸600多的房间还宽阔；去海边很方便，穿过酒吧就行，海滩不错，可以看日出- ；酒吧也不错，有焰火表演；服务还OK，订摩托和的士价格都比较实惠。
