Rimping Village  

The staff were outstanding, they couldnt do enough for you and were amongst the friendliest and most professional people we have come across in our travels over many years. The hotel is not too big so it is quite personal, breakfasts are great. Dinner too was excellent. Helpful with arranging tours, transport, etc.

from the moment you arrived at the airport all your needs were taken care of by the staff.nothing was too much trouble.we have done a lot of travelling over the years and this one rates as he number one hotel on our list.food in their restaurant was good including bfast and dinner.if you tip before leaving all the tips are shared with everyworker including the garden staff so they seem to be one happy family.its great to see and more hotels should be like this. GREAT HOTEL AND WOULD CLASS AS A 5STAR.

The staff are all outstanding! Best customer service that I've received in Thailand. They were always smiling and courteous and very knowledgeable about Chiang Mai. Breakfast was good and there is a nice swimming pool. There are a few nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Location is on the other side of the river - you need to get a tuk tuk into the main part of town. However it is nice to stay in a quieter and more relaxed area.

Wonderful hotel in a great location,short walk to the city but far enough away to be very quiet.Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The best thing about Rimping Village is the staff-absolutely wonderful friendly,efficient people.Nothing was a problem for them.Thank you to all of them.We will be back as soon as possible.

The staff are really gems. Friendly, helpful and a good command of English. I forgot a pair of shoes in our room, and got an email about it upon return home. The hotel was ready to send them to any country, and confirmed posting them the same day.( I have offered to pay but got no answer to that.) My wife and I have forgotten many things at hotels over the years, but this has never happened before.

The service of hotel staff was fabulous and the location is convenient to go around city by walking . The staff always can think about you before you request to them. That made us moved. And one thing to add on is I like the Food served in the hotel restaurant especially Tom Yum ~~~

Everything bout this hotel amazed me and my friends the staff were excelant, the rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, Even the breakfast was excelant, Salt water Pool was so refreshing The best thing bout Chiang Mai we would say was the hotel, Never had i seen greater more helpful and kind staff.. Seriously, i and my friends were really amazed with the hotel staff that went out all the way to make our stay really wonderful. Would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Chiang Mai to stay here and wouldnt hesitate for a second to stay here wen im bk in Chiang mai. Its the best experience ever;) Thank you to all the staff at Rimping Village for makin our stay lovely....

A lovely, relaxed friendly family atmosphere. Great price, great location and very clean. A most enjoyable stay. We would have no hesitation staying again.

Great staff, great room, very good food and good breakfast.

There are many mosquitoes also in the room but no bednets. That was all there was not to like

Small boutique hotel in lovely garden setting. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

Rooms were large and very clean and confortable. Staff were very helpful specially at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
