Rimping Village  

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the airport to the time we were dropped off at the bus station the customer service was tremendous. We felt safe, comfortable, and had convenient access to both tours and city attractions. There were computers and tour guidebooks in the main lobby that could be used, access to free wi fi from the pool area, access to dvds and movie player and a top notch breakfast buffet that will be hard to beat. This was our first Thai hotel and will be tough to match for all round service. It is the little things that made our stay so enjoyable. Desk people that could speak English, fresh daily fruit and water in our room, in room safe, clean pool, poolside lounge chairs, quiet rooms, and easy access to restaurants and the night market make this hotel one we will recommend to others!

I don't think there's anything negative to say about Rimping Village. I was warmly welcomed at the gate. The rooms were full, so I was offered complimentary breakfast, and I was also allowed to take a shower. A staff showed me a map and explained how I could get around places, suggesting tourist attractions and means of transportation. Every morning I was greeted by smiling faces everywhere. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The room was great. I would return to Rimping if ever I visit Chiang Mai again.

The service - friendliness and helpfulness of all staff was the best I've encountered anywhere in the world!!! The facilities were great and it's close to a variety of shopping and eating options.

This was our second time at Rimping Village, and it was outstanding. Great hotel, friendly staff, enjoyable all around. Book here you won't regret it.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. When my daughter urgently required 4 tickets for the overnight train to Bangkok and there were only 5 tickets left, a member of staff booked and collected them for her. The room was very clean and spacious and the facilities at the hotel, eg the pool excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The staff is exceptional both in terms of being pleasant and friendly as well as being accommodating and helpful in planning your daily activities. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, not luxurious, but neat, well laid out and clean. The breakfast is good. The food is delicious and eating outdoors on the deck is very pleasant.

No complaints. Internet connection was a little slow but not too bad. I could still get my work done and look up things on internet for my trip. Streaming video is slow though.

Nice and helpful staff they spoke English.The food was tasteful.Close walk to the river and shops .I stayed in many hotels during my holiday and Rimping made me feel welcome and comfortable. Would definitley stay there again it was peaceful but not boring.I Felt safe to go out to explore.Thank you Rimping village
