Excelente relación calidad-precio, con todas las comodidades y detalles de un buen hote. Muy familiar con el personal que se desvive por ayudar en todo lo que se necesite y darte información de todo siempre con una sonrisa. Arm nos mimó los dias que estuvimos y es encantador. El hotel está cerca del mercado de noche y en un minuto de tuc-tuc de todo el centro. Tuvimos la grata sorpresa de que el precio incluyó el transfer del hotel hasta el aeropuerto. Nada, todo perfecto. |

Hemos estado en muchos hoteles en diferentes paises y este es el mejor: solo tiene 24 habitaciones distribuidas en dos plantas de un edificio tradicional que forma una "U" en torno a una piscina y un jardin estupendos. Es muy muy tranquilo, la atención por el personal del hotel es exquisita y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, decoradas al estilo tradicional. El restaurante es excelente y muy barato, aunque el hotel además está cerca de los 3 mejores restaurantes de Chiang Mai, a la orilla del río. Lo dicho: un hotel excelente. |

staff maravilloso! hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos en cualquier situación! piscina y restaurante del hotel fantásticos! desayuno bastante completo servido en la misma piscina. Zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos del centro de Chiang Mai! deberían poner mosquiteras en las camas. |

The place is beautiful! The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable and peaceful. They were so helpful with organizing tours, babysitting and transport. They were always available for a chat about the local area and culture. All the staff were excellent with our children (aged 1 and 5 years), even surprising us with a birthday cake for our son who turned 5 during our stay. We loved it and can't wait to go back there again. |

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and have very good English.Able to explain where to find good restaurants shopping etc. They helped us change our flights home Construction work going on which they did apologies for but it went on on Sunday as well. Rooms are a bit dated and dark. Could do with a refurbish. Hotel is a bit expensive for standard enough accomadation. |

Friendly staff that genuinely wanted to assist the patrons. The deck area where breakfast was served. The outdoor area centered around the pool. The close proximity to the old city. |

Pick up at airport met on time in large air conditioned vehicle, very impressed. Checkin was quick and very informative of available trips, transport and surrounding area, ie restaurants, shops etc. Room good size, bed very comfortable, good size walkin shower, all linen and towels were clean and even smelled of lavender, very clean room. Breakfast plenty of choice and kept refreshed. Food generally very good although hotel prices are always higher than surrounding restaurants. All staff extremely friendly, courteous and NOTHING was too much trouble no matter how busy they were. Location to everything is superb. Generally EXCELLENT!!!!!! and would recommend to everyone (please don't everyone go as we don't want it becoming too popular) |

Excellent value for money. The staff was friendly, helpful, and sincere... in other words, superlative. They helped to make the trip very memorable. The hotel itself is a short walk from the night market. I picked this hotel rather than Le Meridien as I wanted to be away from the fray and I enjoy smaller boutique hotels. If that sounds like you, stay here and you will be more than happy. I would not hesitate to spend more time in this hotel or recommend it to other travlers. |

Our stay at the Rimping Village in Chiang Mai was one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the time we were met by the free shuttle service at the airport the service was impeccable. We especially liked the free bikes that enabled us to wheel our way around the city, a great way to explore Chiang Mai! |

We’ve never seen such customer service and staff anywhere in the world – extremely attentive and paying attention without being obtrusive. Always at your service and extremely helpful. Hotel’s location is also very good, though not in the very center, everything is so close in Chiang Mai and they also provide free bikes. |

Close to the city center of chiang mai, nice place to stay, nice facilities (pool/rooms/breakfast/...), friendly staff, As everywhere in thailand... There were a lot of mosquito's, we killed about 20 mosquitos in the first evening. But they do their best to keep them out tough... |

We were welcomed with a lot of attention. We received a short but excellent briefing from the staff about the sightseeing, shopping and eating out possibilities of Chiang Mai. The Internet connection. The signal strength of the wireless was excellent, also the signal quality, but the bandwith did not correspond to the expectancy of a european or american visitor. But I think that is like this everywhere in Asia. |
