Rimping Village

こじんまりとしていて、市内中心にも近いのにとても静かでした。緑のある空間でとっても癒されました。スタ- ッフの笑顔もステキです。またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

唯一、スパ施設がないのが残念。（プールはあります）

スタッフも親切で、お部屋もきれいでした。朝食は、フルーツや炒め物などのメニューが毎日少しずつ違いまし- た。味は普通です。中心地からは少し離れているので、自転車も借りられますが、外出する時は大体TuｋTu- kを利用していました。

部屋に日が当たらない、窓からの景色が楽しめない。シャワーの排水がとても悪く、すぐに水が溜まってしまう- 。

スタッフは日本語が話せるし、とってもフレンドリー。親切、楽しい非常に感じの良いホテル。朝食は冷房がな- いお部屋　と言うより　外ですが　それなりに良い雰囲気で食事を頂けました。お部屋は冷房が良く効いていて快適。

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and have very good English.Able to explain where to find good restaurants shopping etc. They helped us change our flights home

Construction work going on which they did apologies for but it went on on Sunday as well. Rooms are a bit dated and dark. Could do with a refurbish. Hotel is a bit expensive for standard enough accomadation.

The calm enviornmet, the lovely staff that did absolutly everything to make us feel good.

Air con wasn't the best but was still ok.

Pick up at airport met on time in large air conditioned vehicle, very impressed. Checkin was quick and very informative of available trips, transport and surrounding area, ie restaurants, shops etc. Room good size, bed very comfortable, good size walkin shower, all linen and towels were clean and even smelled of lavender, very clean room. Breakfast plenty of choice and kept refreshed. Food generally very good although hotel prices are always higher than surrounding restaurants. All staff extremely friendly, courteous and NOTHING was too much trouble no matter how busy they were. Location to everything is superb. Generally EXCELLENT!!!!!! and would recommend to everyone (please don't everyone go as we don't want it becoming too popular)

The staff and grounds were exceptional and the hotel was very good value

Our stay at the Rimping Village in Chiang Mai was one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the time we were met by the free shuttle service at the airport the service was impeccable. We especially liked the free bikes that enabled us to wheel our way around the city, a great way to explore Chiang Mai!

We’ve never seen such customer service and staff anywhere in the world – extremely attentive and paying attention without being obtrusive. Always at your service and extremely helpful. Hotel’s location is also very good, though not in the very center, everything is so close in Chiang Mai and they also provide free bikes.

We were welcomed with a lot of attention. We received a short but excellent briefing from the staff about the sightseeing, shopping and eating out possibilities of Chiang Mai.

The Internet connection. The signal strength of the wireless was excellent, also the signal quality, but the bandwith did not correspond to the expectancy of a european or american visitor. But I think that is like this everywhere in Asia.

being away from the chaos of the centre of the city and going for a swim in the pool in the morning before going to the centre.
