Ik ben nog nooit ergens zo hartelijk ontvangen als in Rimping Village. Fantastische prijs - kwaliteitverhouding. Heel vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Je voelt je hier echt gast! |

Fantastische ervaring, uiterst vriendelijk personeel met een fantastische service. Er is werkelijk niets op aan te merken. Gezellige ontspannen sfeer in een stad vol mogelijkheden dat het hotel met plezier voor u regelt. |

De uitstraling van het hotel, de prachtige tropische tuin, zwembad en het ongelofelijk aardige personeel!! Schone, mooie kamers. Uitgezwaaid worden tot de tuinman aan toe, als je met de auto van het hotel naar het vliegveld wordt gebracht! |

Een kleinschalig, vriendelijk hotel, op een rustig plekje, maar toch dicht bij het centrum van Chiang Mai. Leuk om te fietsen op de leenfietsen van het hotel. De familiekamer was ruim, genoeg plek voor z'n vijven (3 kinderen), met een ruime badkamer. |

de service was ongelooflijk goed,zeer vriendelijk.zeker een aanrader. het beste hotel waar we hebben verbleven gedurende onze thailand reis.en rimpingvillage was 1 van de 7 hotels waar we hebben verbleven. |

Uitermate vriendelijk. Goede info over de bezienswaardigheden. Zeer netjes. Uitstekend ontbijt. Goed zwembad. Gratis internet. Ik verbleef hier 4 nachten samen met mijn zoon van 12 en hij wil nu al terugkeren! De hemel op aarde! |

It is classified as a 3 star hotel but in fact, it is better than most of the 4 star hotels that we have been to. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service is impeccable. Lovely swimming pool in a peaceful setting. Generous buffet breakfast with some Thai dishes which vary daily. And I enjoy looking at the wall of bamboo trees on the side when we have alfresco breakfast. Free internet in lobby and free wireless access in room. |

The staff was wonderful, so polite and helpful in booking trips, tuktuk reservations, giving directions. They anticipated every need and were ready to handle it. The rooms were simple but spotlessly clean. Flowers everywhere and incense burning outside doors made it seem exotic. The walk to Night Bazaar was easy for our family of 4, even the nine year old didn't complain much. The breakfast foods were delicious and graciously served under the banyan tree that shelters the entire grounds. We would definitely return to Rimping! |

It's very homey. And I've never seen such a caring staff. Usually people don't do this for money, they must be truly enjoying their job. It's trifles, but I think the room would be significantly improved by putting in a couple of bedside mats and some spare hooks in the bathroom. |

The place is beautiful! The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable and peaceful. They were so helpful with organizing tours, babysitting and transport. They were always available for a chat about the local area and culture. All the staff were excellent with our children (aged 1 and 5 years), even surprising us with a birthday cake for our son who turned 5 during our stay. We loved it and can't wait to go back there again. |

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and have very good English.Able to explain where to find good restaurants shopping etc. They helped us change our flights home Construction work going on which they did apologies for but it went on on Sunday as well. Rooms are a bit dated and dark. Could do with a refurbish. Hotel is a bit expensive for standard enough accomadation. |

Friendly staff that genuinely wanted to assist the patrons. The deck area where breakfast was served. The outdoor area centered around the pool. The close proximity to the old city. |

Pick up at airport met on time in large air conditioned vehicle, very impressed. Checkin was quick and very informative of available trips, transport and surrounding area, ie restaurants, shops etc. Room good size, bed very comfortable, good size walkin shower, all linen and towels were clean and even smelled of lavender, very clean room. Breakfast plenty of choice and kept refreshed. Food generally very good although hotel prices are always higher than surrounding restaurants. All staff extremely friendly, courteous and NOTHING was too much trouble no matter how busy they were. Location to everything is superb. Generally EXCELLENT!!!!!! and would recommend to everyone (please don't everyone go as we don't want it becoming too popular) |

Excellent value for money. The staff was friendly, helpful, and sincere... in other words, superlative. They helped to make the trip very memorable. The hotel itself is a short walk from the night market. I picked this hotel rather than Le Meridien as I wanted to be away from the fray and I enjoy smaller boutique hotels. If that sounds like you, stay here and you will be more than happy. I would not hesitate to spend more time in this hotel or recommend it to other travlers. |

Our stay at the Rimping Village in Chiang Mai was one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the time we were met by the free shuttle service at the airport the service was impeccable. We especially liked the free bikes that enabled us to wheel our way around the city, a great way to explore Chiang Mai! |
