酒店设施比较旧，连基本生活用品都不能免费提供，离市区比较远，出入坐车不是很方便。

房间精致舒适，环境婉约清新，很有休闲度假感

Fantastic large pool overlooking the river Kok. Staff very friendly, although English very limited in the restaurant. Poolside meals were good value at weekends (offer). Very helpful and efficient in organising our day tour to the Golden Triangle, everything worked exactly as promised.

Menu limited and not very exciting. A little way out of town, but there is a hotel shuttle for 100baht in the evening.

The room was generously sized, comfortable and clean. Strong shower and good hot water supply. Internet connectivity was good. The large pool was great for doing laps.

The quality of the breakfast could be better. The spa facility was basically just massage and closed early.

The views. Overlooked the river and pool. The food. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Loved the waterjet coming out of the elephants trunk onto my back. Sooo quiet. Gym. Garden lovely and saw sunset. Cheap massage nearby, and a convenience shop. (Limited)

A little way from the city. But plenty of tuk tuks on main road a 5 min walk away.

Large rooms. Lovely country setting. Good restaurant. Great gardens and pool. Quiet, except for very early morning chooks.

Slightly out of town, so had to taxi everywhere. No pick up from airport despite me emailing and requesting it (no reply to email at all). Limited English of staff.

Everything,, location is great at the river,so peiceful,staff are so helpfull, food is excellent,,i enjoyed my 3 days in chiang rai with this beutiful hotel..

It is a small boutigue hotel but provide excellent service which impressed us very much. The room is comfy, especially they provide down blanket. Also, we like the beuatiful bathroom. I hope to be repeat customer again.

The big sofa near the window is not comfortable.

It is a comfortable hotel and the staff are well trained and unobtrusive.

I would suggest three improvements. Western breakfast to include bacon and proper sausages. In the rooms, provide proper tea bags, a brand such as Mlesna which is inexpensive which has both English Breakfast Tea and Earl Grey. Only Lipton's tea was provided --- this is the cheapest tea dust and is usually provided in budget hotels in Thailand. A nice bar in the pool area would have wonderful, providing an opportunity for guests to relax and enjoy the view

Loving hotel on the river with huge swimming pool.

A little soul less (especially restaurant) probably due to it being start of season.

The hotel has amazing river views. The pool is beautiful. The room very big and spacious.

Room was nice clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

we found the food very bad for the price i.e. bacon served up twice two days running, fruit bruised and going bad and coffee for breakfast undrinkable. Lots of ants in pool area. Day beds were dirty never cleaned empty bottles left lying around pool area for 2 days. I would not stay here again.

The tour facility with Nok was excellent due to her very good english. the restaurant staff were very professional but need more english. the motel was very good.

Tout sauf la situation géographique de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville.

Hotelli oli kaikinpuolin sitä mitä odotettiin, niin hinnan kuin laadunkin suhteen. Henkilökunta oli myös avuliasta ja huomaavaista. Mahtava uimaallas ja puhdas.

Ainoa pieni miinus oli joen väärä puoli ja sekin oli tiedossa etukäteen.

Joli jardin, grande chambre bien équipée, très jolie piscine. Très jolie vue sur la rivière, très agréable. Navette très confortable, propre et GRATUITE, même pour l'aéroport...

Situation éloignée du centre. La dernière navette du soir est programmée à 8H30, trop tôt pour rentrer à l'hôtel.. Petit déjeuner pas digne d'un 5*, trés mauvaise et unique viennoiserie. Pas de client au restaurant le soir, repas moyen tout de même, bon service.. Le jardin pas très très propre, mais beau quand même Attente durant 30 minutes, réparation du circuit électrique de la salle de sport? Je ne comprends pas, vraiment! Eau facturée dans la salle de sport....Mais je m'en suis plaint....Elle n'a pas été facturée au départ... Pas vraiment 5* mais plutôt 4*

Habitación muy espaciosa y agradable. Buen desayuno y con buenas vistas.

Queda apartado del centro.

Las instalaciones son una pasada con las vistas al rio. Destacar la piscina y todas las habitaciones con vistas al rio y piscina. Muy bonito

Esta situado al otro lado del rio, cosa que no es importante ya que el hotel nos llevo an alguna ocasion y el tuc tuc es muy barato.
