Nothing Thin curtains, curtains hung away from windows, no satellite/cable tv although mentioned in description, superficially clean, but needs deep clean, sink infested with ants, toilet seat did not fit toilet, rude receptionists except for one (most had limited English), no restaurant or coffee shop, all furnishings and fittings except for tv (which was only tuned for Thai language terrestrial stations) were old and worn, shower head non adjustable, hot water supply for shower/bath was wall mounted water heater which was inefficient, no hot water option at sink, one ceiling mounted light had no light switch.

Room is clean and quiet I happened to have to deal with a very rude lady front desk officer. I am sure they have polite receptionists but somehow I was to deal with the one that was very rude and cannot speak English.
