Very good, convenient location.

A bit too small double/twin rooms.

Room was basic but clean and everything in good working order. Quiet location considering it's few minutes from Khao San Rd. Modern shower, AC and mini fridge in the room. Plus 2 bottles of water per day. Good breakfast - fresh fruit or cooked breakfast included. Staff were so helpful with advice for getting around in expensively.

Can be little difficult to get taxi to drop you back to the hotel or to get one to come collect you from there. From my experience on two occasions the taxi driver and tuk tuk driver didn't know where the street was and because they speak little English it helps to have Thai directions to the hotel on you whenever you go out.

The breakfast was awesome they had really nice eggs. Wking distance to khoa San road Nice Staff I did not see the ladyboy who I read so much about.

No pool but I knew this when I booked it but with a pool this hotel would be perfect

We have been in this hotel for 11 nights. This hotel is to 7 minutes walking from Kaosan Rd. It's clean and quiet. Good value for money. Decent breakfast. Most staff members friendly and helpful (except one)

We have been in this hotel for 11 nights. - There were no curtains in our room. Although it seems like a minor detail, the sun comes up very early in Bangkok!!! At 6:30 a.m. -The Ladyboy on recepcion was impolite, bordering and rude. - Although there is a roof terrace it's not really set up so that the guest can comfortably spend time up there. - You have to pay a deposit of 500 THB for the key.

it is very close to khao san, 10mins walk. we prefered to stay out of the busiest part especially as we visited bangkok during songkran festival. staff was helpful and nice, room was spotlessly clean and they have wifi in the entire facility which was very convenient.

Good location close to the action but still off the main street and hence quiet, decent breakfast, nice and generally clean rooms with all amenities you need and even a small balcony

While the receptionist lady with the glasses was very helpful and nice the he/she receptionist who was there most of the daytime was quite the opposite. This hotel would have been a much more pleasant experience without him/her. Unfortunately we had bedbugs which can happen anywhere and isn't necessarily down to poor standards. However one could see them and there droppings and leftover shells when raising the mattress a little which surely was done while changing the beddings, so this was surely avoidable. The new room we got had no nasty surprises though.

no lift for people only for luggage,ac was weak and took a long time to cool, sight seeing tours arranged at the reception were expensive and were good so dont buy from here.

It was clean and simple. I avoided contact with that particular staff that everyone is talking about :)

Location was far enough away from Khao San to be out of the noise, but close enough to walk. Buffet style breakfast was one of the better ones we've had in Asia. Room was a good size, considering the price and location. Free water every day, even when the cleaning staff didn't come into the room (our request) they left the water on the door handle. Reasonably priced airport transfer arranged for us.

Person painting on our balcony (we were on the 4th floor, you don't expect someone outside your window!) this happened twice, they abseiled down from the top! The "Lady" on reception was extremely rude and not very helpful, however the other staff were lovely.

The breakfast was superb. The rooms had a fridge, a safe, a T.V. free wifi and somewhere to hang your washing. Rooms were cleaned daily

The waiter is very bad treatment to us.no smailing like we owe them money.the location is so so.it's not like 3 star hotel but just guest house. Will not go to stay again for sure.
