Rooms at The 9th    

the Room is nice 2 Floors is very good The TV and DVD are a good idea The Aircondition is Good 9th Floor is very nice

More Cleaning and Housekeeping would be nice. The Balcony is very Bad. It is not possible to use it or Roof what ever. The Garbage outside the Rooms at or in front of the building is very bad. Rats are running all over the Place you Guys must so something this is very Danngerous for Kids because there are Little Cats and Dogs around the Trash and Kids love Little Pets The TV Programm is a Little weak but that is Ok i think

Fantastic two-story room. Very hip. Very clean

building does not look like much from the outside/elevator. No breakfast offered but $5 100 yards down the street.

Every thing, I hardly reached the hotel from the airport no one knows it, it is not a hotel I used to know it is without any reception and there was an office in the ground floor works as the reception open from the morning to 5:30 Pm, it was only in the 9th floor of a very poorly maintained building with an elevator not will maintained, they gave me a room just opposite to the restaurant in the 9th floor kitchen, every time I go back to my room in the evening I should pass by a very bad smell, there was always starting from afternoon someone was sitting next to my room door, IT IS NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL as I first reserved it because it has no reception, no swimming pool, the room from inside was OK but also they gave me a room without any nice view as the view I personally saw from the restaurant opposite to my room

Mail confirmation positive and customer service are not bad, morning also specially arranged a pick up service.

In fact we can't check in, as if the door lock is broken always can't open the door, then because of the problem of water supply, we change to other hotel.

Fabulous

The rooms are excellant do not be put of by exterior looking a little worse for ware but the apartments are safe and so is the area. There is an excellant restaurant on the same floor as you are staying.The staff are friendly and the room cleaning service very good. For a couple wanting night life and beach only five minutes stroll to both.Jungceylon the main shopping Mall a ten minute walk.

At arrival at night the apartment block was dark and the lifts old which initially worried me but the next day we settled in and treated it as if you would your own apartment block.This is not a resort type stay but excellant for a normal environment.

Advert suggested itb was a few minutes walk from beach. At least 30 mins.

Sauberkeit Hotelzimmer

На подходе к аппартаментам многое настараживает. Но очень симпатичный просторный и обустроеный номер. Почти как дома. Стильный ресторан на этаже. Рекомендую

Вид на стройку, иногда шумные строительные работы. Маленькая ванная комната.

酒店外观、走道比较旧，但房间别有洞天，复式设计，感觉宽敞。位置距离主干道很近、离江西冷大概5-10分钟路程，附近7-11、massage，夜晚大排档都有，出行饮食都很方便，闹中取静。

可能是旺季的原因，觉得有点贵。另外是用Mastercard付款，折算美元再按还款时汇率折算人民币，产- 生差价，与实际付款金额不相符，建议booking能增加银联，才是真正的实惠。

عدم وجود استقبال٢٤ ساعة عدم وجود أحذية للحمام وجود في الفندق سكان دائمين عدم وجود مسبح تعطل جزئي للمصعد خلال الإقامة فيه وجود الفندق ضمن عمارة سكان ويكون الفندق في الدور التاسع فقط عدم وجود حراسة للفندق عدم معرفة التكاسي له

Fantastiske store rom over to plan. Renholdet var utmerket og gode senger. Ingen stress og mas om å rekke frokost og treffe på en masse barnefamilier eller andre turister (er ikke frokost der). To flatskjerm Tv med Dvd. Gå avstand til alt I Phatong, men ingen gate støy inn til rommene. Hotellet passer utmerket for par, foretningsreisende eller alene med ett eldre barn.

Resturangen er dyr, men den ble jo kåret til beste restaurang I Phatong for 2012. Men, fin utsikt derifra, siden den ligger I 9. etasje.

The flat was spacious, modern, and very clean. There was a very good view on the beach (and sunset). The service was good and the personnel was very friendly.

The building looks a bit old from outside. But don't be put off by this as the flat offers good value for money.

整栋楼是公寓房，只有9楼是客房还有一个bar。由于是公寓型酒店，所以工作人员每天貌似是从9:00工作- 到17:00，之后就下班了。不过他们会在上班时间把你的一切事务安排好。我这次普吉之行在booking- 和agoda各订了三个酒店，这一家是唯一收到订单后短信联系我行程的酒店，很周到。房间有wifi，环境- 不错，复式房型，比较宽敞。工作人员很友好热情。由于抵达是半夜，所以酒店安排人员来接机，我们也同时知道- 原来司机也住这栋楼，而且可以办理我们在普吉的一切票务或观光行程，也像一个agency一样。可惜我们在- 国内都已经订好了，不然找他倒是很方便。

酒店可能在当地不是很出名，所以来接我们的车都不太认识这里，也有说这里大厦管理员不让停的。。。后来我们- 只能到隔壁Deevana酒店去等车接。不过从我们这里走到Deevana也就一分钟，很方便。酒店设施都- 很不错，只是淋浴房的水温比较难控制。。。

Mycket fint och fräscht rum I etage. Vardagsrum och toalett på nedre plan. Sovrum, walk-in closet och balkong på övervåning. Tv både uppe o nere. 5 min ner till stranden och max10min promenad till Bangla road. Ligger på 9e våningen och det finns även en lyxig restaurang där.

Finns ingen hotellpersonal I receptionen, man får ett nummer att ringa. Dock är restaurangen bemannad kvällstid.
