Good location, lovely art work, nice lobby Although the hotel is well decorated with original art and very lovely lobby and rooms and a reasonable location, it does not make up for the lack of services. For example, no free wifi, low water pressure in shower, ear shattering ac noise and no cable tv, to name a few.

Close to night market and restaurants, Easy access to public transport. Travel agent is inside the hotel, quite helpful in arranging guided tour and taxi services. Restaurant provides nice Thai breakfast. My room is at corner on 4th floor and lots of noise bothered me everynight around 2 AM. Staying at higher floor, away from entrance would be recommended.

I liked the friendly staff. I liked the eateries on offer and I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the helpful lady in the lobby who helped with Tours and organising taxis. I didnt like that I wasnt aloud to have Thai guests back to my room. I didnt like that I had to pay for internet.

Location is great, right across the street from Pat Pong night market and nightlife. The internet is $10 per day and the breakfast is not included in the daily fees. For the price, there are other hotels which include both of these and are a better deal.

Conveniently located in Pat Pong and easy access to night life. Room was rather dark, air con was hard to control, hardly any tv channels, bathroom was mouldy, Internet expensive, the american buffet breakfast was not a buffet but simply bacon and eggs (at least tasty). We took out one of the hotels tours and would not recommend it: one hour delay pick up by a non english speaking driver who stopped 3 times to fill up (each stop was about 30 mins). Arrival into bangkok 2 hours later than scheduled. We had to pay for most things which were supposed to be included. Other participants paid much less at other hotels for the same tour.

I liked the swimming pool and Ruen restaurant. And the mattress was very good. The bathroom with some mold. The aircon was difficult to manage so I switch it off overwise it too cold in the room.Breakfast could be better for the value of the money.

Very good location !!! Nice staff!!! Lovely pool and spa area!!!!! Hotel charges $10 per day for wifi which seems strange as it's free at every cafe just outside it's front doors??? Very inconvenient !!!! No movie channels of any kind on it's satellite ??? The only English language channels are news channels???
