The hotel is really nice, clean and good located, staff are very very helpful
The people in the room above us, we can hear all their steps clearly but I guess is not the hotel's fault
Pillows, bed, room is spacious.
Airconditioning is weak. Lights in the room is dim too.
Overall acceptable just wifi very weak …
Ac is too bad and the serves bad
This is a very good hotel in very reasonable price. The location is good if you would like to go the old city north gate and it just takes 20 minutes walk to the east gate. It's very near the Sunday market and Lila message. The breakfast is very delicious. Service is very good, everyone smiles when you look at him.
Everything is good here! Nothing bad.
Beautiful lobby and rooms. Very nice, functional bathrooms. Flat screen, wall mounted TVs. Great location near the moat of the old city. Tour operators have a kiosk inside the main lobby.
AC unit seemed unable to actually blow cold air.
The room was large, super clean, great buffet breakfast and staff friendly and willing to help. Great hotel in a great part of Thailand... we loved it.
WiFi didn't always work too well in the room but was fine in the lobby.
Location is ok at limit of the "square" town centre, walking distance for some temples and sunday market street Breakfast average
Staff do not speak english, very little Have issue with soap bathroom broken and was not repaired Too hot in the bathrooms Only one key Wifi for only one device and very slow/disconnects
Room good and big enough the bath room keep clean every day easy to get Tax to night market.
No swimming pool. Breakfast limited and same every day no change. Need to be cleaned under the bed also to remove whells under the bed.
The staff was rather helpful, the room was clean and the hotel well located.
We slept in a room in the middle of a corridor. A group of chinese tourist screamed every night anytime they came in and out of their room. It was so impossible to sleep that all of our other neighbors changed rooms or even hotels, so the staff did manage to make things better but only because the hotel wasn't full. Breakfast left to desire.
Near everything, within the old moat, transport at the door, many restaurants close by
The staff on reciption were helpful the room is big enough, location easy to get Taxi night market Bazari is 20min working. Bath room clean
No swimming pool, morning breakfast same thing for all days which i was there. i requist bed for 10 years old boy they ask me to pay 800 Bht per day which is to much. No muslim food. The Bed with wheels which moves. dust under the bed
Good position, good breakfast, good staff! Agency travel inside the hotel!
Wifi limite but no so wrong
Good location and staff helpful
A bit noisey at times from other tentants
Good location in the Old Town near many of the local attractions and others just a short tuk tuk away. Brilliant tourist desk. We organised most of our trips from there and the girl was friendly and helpful. I've read other reviews that the staff are unfriendly, we did not experience this at all and we found all staff to be friendly and pleasant. Rooms were nice and clean.
The breakfast buffet each morning was poor and the food a little cold. Rooms had paper thin walls so every noise could be heard. No swimming pool and no laundry services available.
The location ,serverce of the hotel is very good!
The room is a little bit small.
We stayed at this hotel 7 nights, and we were woken up all seven mornings at dawn. The construction is obviously flimsy, and some people take a particular relish slamming doors, which sends the entire hallway vibrating, meanwhile Chinese tourists seem to regard the hallway itself as theirs to occupy, and let their children run free with much squealing, stomping, and all manners of caterwauling.
Clean and big room. Tour can easily arrange at the counter
Came back from rain and request a small towel from the receptionist but the staff said they do not have, only have tissue, disappointing.
Room, ensuite, bed, staff especially front desk staff. Location close to cafes, markets, shops, sights.
Noisy doors - they need to have silent shutting devices attached, and padding in the door jamb so they cannot make a noise when they are shut. The lack of sound insulation and echoing corridors which ampliflied every sound. Breakfast was less than average - in the land of fruit only two were served, watermelon and pineapple. The western breakfast was not up to standard of other similar hotels. Serving cordial as "juice" is not a good move - if it's cordial then just say so, but don't call it juice when it's not.
Breakfast buffet was not bad. The room was new.
the room felt damp, and as a result, it smelt. Also, the room was not sound-proofed at all. What was happening in the next room or in the hall way seemed to be happening right in front of you.
The hotel is well located.
The room was very big, but it doesn't have window and the bathroom is very small.
The location is good.
The room is too noisy in the morning and it's too dark.
LOCATION, FOOD, ROOMS AND OVERALL FACILITIES
COULD'NT GET MORE THAN 1 KEY AND STAFF DID NOT RESTOCK WATER OR TOWELS
Smaller hotel, quiet, helpful staff.
