i really like the hotel style..and it's vary quite..recommended for honey moon. i didn't like the room service at all. |

Excellent value for money paid. Staff were outstanding in all experiences and areas. Hotel facilities very good with lovely private beach. Would definitely return and recommend |

The hotel location was fantastic that serves both purposes close to the beach and few mins away from the walking street. The room was very luxury I upgraded my suite from mountain to sea view and I had an excellent sea view from my balcony which made it hard for me to leave the room. Moreover the breakfast was very rich filled with plenty cuisines. Finally I find this hotel excellent place to stay in as it combines a beautiful resort along with a perfect location. |

Enjoyed all, view, cleaness, service. Beach is not good, not like pictures. TV channels did not get any english movies or series channels..you have to pay to watch movies. |

The location of the resort is splendid. The services offered by the hotel are excellent. The staff is helpful and very humble. The beach is excellent. The boat rides to monkey island are enjoyable. If anyone plans to relax and get away from hustle and bustle of city life should go to Royal Cliff Beach Resort, its the best place to be at. |

Everything was fine and upto the Royal Cliff normal high standard and I have been a customer many years and live in Pattaya anyway.Their friendly pleasant attitude made a welcome change from what I have to contend with on a daily basis breakfast and room service excellent. Yes the tvs are dated and would benefit from being upgraded to lcd and a hotel of this calibre should be providing free internet . |

The situation to the beach and view from balcony room was amazing. The service and amenities first class. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night. The room furniture was getting a bit tired. It was a shame the mosiac on the pool floor had worn as it hits you when looking down on it. |

スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。アメニティーのシャンプー＆コンディショナーの質もよかったです。 プライベートビーチが泳げるロケーションでなかったことが残念でした。海沿いに繋がっているホテルのプライ- ベートビーチではない場所でしか泳げないとは知りませんでした。プライベートビーチに行くエレベーターの雰- 囲気がものすごくホテルのイメージとは正反対で、恐ろしく圧迫感のあるエレベーターで怖かったです。ツアー- デスクのおばさんの対応が横柄で驚きました。セントラル方面に行くシャトルバスの運行が思った以上に本数が- 少なく、定員オーバーになり乗れないというのも改善して頂きたいと思いました。 |

La situation de l'hôtel, au calme, mais à proximité de la ville. Le personnel très aimable, les nombreux restaurants. Coup de coeur le soir à côté de la piscine près du gran royal cliff spa ( beautifull hotel) |

Приятный отель со своим благоустроенным пляжем, с большим ухоженным парком, теннисными кортами, спортцентром и хорошими бассейнами. Номер просторный, с диванной зоной. Вид из номера изумительный - на море и острова. В этом отеле останавливались уже много раз, но в этом году в номере очень плохо работал кондиционер. Усовершенствовать систему кондиционирования - сделать менее шумной и на этажах тоже включить кондиционирование воздуха. Постоянно кондиционер работает только на первом этаже и в ресторанах. |
