Great facilities, excellent room, perfect service. I planned to stay for only 3 days, but then I liked the hotel so much, theat decided to stay more.

The beach in Pattaya is not so clean (but with the infinity pool, you don't care...)

The location is amazing and friendly staff

'm really so surprised its completely different between photos and rooms had bad smell and room too old so I will be honest just TV was new !

We booked 2 mountain view rooms and got upgraded to Seaview. Breakfast was awesome, lots of varieties. Facilities r great whether amenities, big pools, fitness and gardens

My room got little musty but the hotel technician came to fix the AC fast and it did help a bit. The other room is fine and perfect

Management interference of what is safe or not of gym shoes, they do not have a clue, and the only thing they probably have lifted in their lives is a champagne glass. It is an overprised mediocre facility in my opinion. Very small rooms, that they called a suite, full of ants.

I did not ask for much..So i liked it all

One thing...Saturday night buffet..fruit juice..had to pay extra

Swimming Pool and the beach was fantastic. I like the Gym.

Its a perfect place for relaxation and the beach is clean and tidy, breakfast included indian cuisine, like dosa and roti and sabzi, which is very unlikely in other 5 star hotels. Staff hospitality is good. Rooms are excellent and the sea view from the hotel is fantastic.

Not all dishes in Panorama restraunt were tasty, the translation of menu in Breeze in Russian was incorrect, so the dishes were another than we had expected. The carpets in lifts had awful smell from time to time. Cleaning of rooms was not good. Bath gel and shampoo had VERY unpleasant smell.

The room size is excellent and well organized. The facilities are outstanding specially the swimming pools and related restaurants. Friendly and cooperative staff. I was one of my group but I found my self staying in another building "diffirenty Hotel" belong to "Royal Cliff Hotel" because I selected diffirent room type. it hould have been explained that this room type is not in the same building

Great hotel in terms of value for money, loved the restaurant by the sea breezes. Very good food and service. Thanks to the staff and management.

I would think when this was built it was lovely but it is now a bit tired, impressive at first but look a bit deeper and not so good although possibly the best you will get in Pattaya!!

The rooms were basic and dirty, the beach was dirty. The service was very slow, the food was ok but nothing to speak about.

- We were upgraded to a bigger room with balcony and seaview - Front office staff helpful and polite

- Public transport availability to and from the hotel is limited. Even when available the prices are very high

Miserable cleaning, no refill of the minibar, staff unfriendly. I have been there every year at least 3 times during the last 8 years and the general development of this hotel is on its lowest level since I have been there the first time. This is really a pitty.

Internet service only for half an hour a day, which i didn't excepect from 5 star hotel, i stayed in 4 star hotels in Bangkok it was for free 24/7 and they provide free printing.

The staff in this hotel is terrible. The waitresses in the cafeteria are very rude and impolite. Nobody speaks english in this hotel!!!The hotel is way too expensive for the quality I have received.

The property was breathtaking.loved the infinity pool.the gym was well equipped and well maintained.

U guys advertise about the various activities in the hotel but never mention that most of it is chargable to the hotel guest.I Was charged 100 baht for a game of ping pong with my son

I guess your opinion of this hotel will greatly depend on the room you are assigned: there are very beautiful renovated rooms and very old horrible rooms. Breakfast is good.

The beach is very narrow and dirty (and water quality is very poor all over Pattaya, the islands are far better, I'm speaking about phuket and the rest). What I really didn't like is the 6 pm shuttle service (only 2pm, 4 and 6 pm to go to P.) is already pre-booked and full 10 days in advance. The hotel still expects you to paty 13 usd to go down the hill to Pattaya!!! That's a downright rip-off!!
