Night Bazaar is just in front of the hotel. And for the Muslim like me, the location is close to many Halal Restaurant, within 5-10 minutes walk. The biggest mosque in Chiang Mai is also nearby. The city is generally clean...so are the toilets at tourist attractions, well done Chiang Mai. At the hotel >>>> No iron and ironing board.... And no hot water making facilities for making tea/coffee.

Comfortable room and amenities, room was very spacious. Good location, friendly staff, very close to night markets, free wifi is fairly good speed too Noise from the night market could still be heard from the 8th floor late into the night. To be expected I guess, but next time I would request a higher floor.

The hotel from the lobby looked very grand and the rooms were a very good size, staff very friendly and helpful Beds were too hard for europeans, light bulbs were not working, shower water went everywhere except on your body and things were a bit run down after looking at the lobby and photos online, it was quite expensive for what you got and what I would compare it to in our travels

Amazing location ! You dont really need to get taxis anywhere as everything is on the doorstep. we are travelling and wanted somewhere nice but very good value for money and this was exactly it. The staff are very friendly and help you with every request you may have. Didn't have a safe in the room, felt uncomfortable leaving our passport and phones at the front desk when we went out for a day trip.

The location is good if you want to be central to the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai nightlife. The food in the restaurant was above average. The deluxe room to which we were upgraded was excellent. Special mention for the guys in the car parking area, they were friendly and always helpful. The faceless dispassion of the hotel that is just designed to ship in and then ship out gangs of foreign tourists as quickly and as clinically possible. I never saw the reception staff raise a smile in the five days we were there. Our first room was awful. Chipped paintwork, scuffs and grime and furniture that was thirty years out of date. The toilet flush didn't work properly and the Air Con burnt out. (This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it enabled us to be upgraded to a much more wholesome room) Sorry not for me,

Good location, at night bazaar Large room Friendly front desk stuffs but very difficult to make a point across because of the language problems. Does not understand even the simple and basic English words Would recommend only as a cheap hotel with good location Very old and outdated furnitures, The towers are disgusting, all torn looking like rags donated by salvation army, also very thin poor quality and looks dirty yellow. Very poor service, front desk receptions does not speak English and communications has been a major problems. The lady concierge who appears an older lady was very unpleasant, speaks very poor English, acted like did not want to help, and has a major attitude problems when we asked her about directions to shopping malls. When asked to write down the Worlolo China town in a piece of paper for us, so we can show it to the Tut tut driver, she jot it down and threw the paper towards me. So rude, should not be a conceirge.

Located in the heart of the Night Bazar Has a swimming pool Cold drinking water is free from the mini bar. They give you fresh towels everyday- old but fresh Poor english from the staff- no customer service knowledge at all as, no matter what they say they will either nod or say "ok, sorry" Only 5 lounge chairs in the swimming pool area Apart from the lobby the rest of the Hotel is falling apart- stucked in the 70/80's it needs good cleaning. Buffet has a poor variety: 1 type of bread only; choice of fried egg or boiled, thai/chinese food, cereals, basic salad, watermelon and pineapple as fruit. Aircon in the room was freezing cold. The bedsheets have holes. They provide you WORN sleepers- old and fraying, unbelievable. The staff looks lost, is not apologetic.
