Really clean, good location , AC, reasonable price at about 600/650 per night
We really needed wifi to make plans which didn't work, although for the standard of the hotel it should. Reception staff weren't that helpful although would stay again
Payed for 7 nights, stayed for 1. Booked a smoking room, told we should smoke on balcony which was totally enclosed by glass and hot as an oven. It also held the air conditioner unit and the floor was always wet from this. No facility or even a cup of coffee in the hotel. We asked if we could get a kettle to boil some water - answer was NO.
location, near old city
no safety box in the room, no sofa, limited tv channels
very noisy every door that shut echoed through the whole floor that we where on
Really clean, big rooms, good location cheap, daily room cleaning, fridge and TV
We spent there only one night. The staff was really helpful and smiling. The room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked alright.
Location not the best. All in all the room and the hotel didn't feel very cozy.
Great location, clean and comfortable and quiet
Wifi was a bit dodgy at times but overall good
Friendly staff Cheap and clean room
The bathroom drain was block, when shower the water couldn't go down
Big rooms and the terrace
-No hot water, they gave us a room with not hot water and I ask for change the room, after a while they change us to another room...the water on this room was or extremly hot or so cold. - Old rooms with old furniture...
Wifi Quick elevators
1st room they checked us into no bed mattress off the bed, bug spray smell old facilities and look in the dining room
clean tidy room, great value for money, thai restuarant outside the hotel was very good,
Large room and good cleanliness.
Hard uncomfortable bed; no hot water to washbasin; staff in corridors have no concern for sleeping guests; other guests were allowed to make a great deal of noise irrespective of other guests.
View from room No room safe
good value for money
staff very unflexible, breakfast in another building
good bed. Clean
location is too far from the night market. But close walking distance to the old city temples
Everything worked as it should, without hassle and I had the impression that the hotel was reasonably well managed. The hotel is squeezed in between other buildings so unless you get a room on the 5th floor, don't expect much of a view. I found that the hotel's location is much better than a map glance might suggest: the north-east corner of the old city is just five-minutes walk away which is close enough to get a good breakfast or supper without over-exerting yourself, but far enough to keep you away from the night-time noise. Tiled floor in room, so no grubby carpet. The room had a very small balcony with a sink; very handy for washing and drying clothes. Tour-booking agent in lobby from dawn till well after dusk. Altogether I stayed seven or eight nights, found it very agreeable and would certainly be happy to use this hotel again. The hotel fully deserves its 3-stars, no more and no fewer. I'd recommend the hotel for general travellers, and for business travellers.
WiFi slow, understandably I suppose, when the hotel was busy. Noises echoed along corridors. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridors tended to penetrate through the walls to the point of being annoying occasionally but only from the sort of guest who doesn't know to reduce vocal volume in a shared space. A bed that squeaked, creaked and groaned to the extent of being conversational. Room was darker than I'd prefer, but I find this is true of most hotels.
The location, rooms, beds were comfy. Wifi was free and reasonable. Laundry was very efficient and well priced. Front desk spoke good English.
Noisy guests at 3am. No hot water in my room, reported it twice to reception. The other three rooms we booked all had no problems which was a good sign. No breakfast on site, the other hotel is only 200m down the road and does a decent breakfast buffet for only 150B.
I found kind of elastic band under blanket! But the sheet looked clean so didn't make complaint. All room facilities are too simple, bad TV reception, poor wifi connection.
Lifts work, 24 hour desk
No hot water, dated, outside old city, tuk tuk that sits in drive is a rip off.
For my long staying, it was a nice place. The room is clean, and big size room. Also when we went to another place, they kept our baggages. Their service was very nice.
The dark furniture can be changed light ones, it will be much better.
clean room and service
wifi did not work, staff was not helpful to solve the problem
We're stayed here 5 nights, Good location, staff very helpful and room rate is reasonable price but room not clean properly at first night. Overalls quite good
water system is not good enough due to hot for a few minute, we have to take a shower with cold water
Reception service, Porter service
The dark brown decor. No coffee or tea provided Breakfast choices were very poor around 9 am. The sunny side eggs were barely look warm and all other bain-Marie containers were empty or with only a few scraps left in them, The web site states the size of the bed 130cm by 150cm I think this is definitely wrong.
The location was good for all the attractions including the night bazaar The hotel is simple but good value for what we paid. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel in the future
No kettle to make tea or coffee.
