排水管のつまりがあって、初日にバスルーム床に水が溜まりましたが、クレームを言うとすぐに直してくれまし- た。スタッフはとても感じよかったです。バルコニーが広く、洗濯物干しに助かりました。リネンも毎日替えて- くれましたし。朝食が種類豊富でごはんや味噌汁もあり良かったです。ホテル近辺のマッサージ屋さんは安くて- 丁寧で良かったです。 ダイビングのピックアップに便利な街中を希望したのでしょうがないかも知れませんが、近所の繁華街は夜明け- まで大音響！ |

ホテルの快適さを「まあまあ」としたのは、宿泊した部屋(３２０２)の正面にボーイズバーやビアバーのよう- な店がひしめき合っていて、夜の１０時位になるとありえないくらいに大音量の音楽で明け方まで営業していた- からです。普段、就寝時に音が気になって寝られないという人には辛いかも知れないです(私はそれでも寝まし- たが・・・)ロイヤルウィングの下層階に宿泊の方は要注意です。それ以外は全く気になるところはありません- でした。プーケットの繁華街に近いし、この値段は良かったと思います。プールのある中庭は広いし、バーも付- いてます。客室のバスルームには寝室に開く大きな出窓があり、雰囲気良いです。 |

nice pool and buffet, room in the royal ring was pretty nice. Location was ok, just a few minutes from bang la road. Beware: total of bill must be paid on arrival, we thought this was very greedy. Staff didn't speak enough english for a touristy/international hotel. The royal wing backed onto a gay street and can be loud at night. The shower pressure was useless. |

the location of the hotel gr8 for shopping coz it's surrounded by nice shopping markets. the view of the city were imazing. the staff were very busy with the guests and not helpful coz of that. the room were quite clean but small. the furniture and the bathroom quite old style. |

I stayed in the super superior paradise wing with sea and pool view. Rooms were very clean and spacious with a mini bar. It's difficult to really find one, truly enjoyed my stay. |

Hotel staff was very helpful, caring and ready to enhance the stay experience.Location is great near by the center of interests and the beach. Swimming pool area and garden is very well maintained. Excellent value for money. Quality of service and food at the thai restaurant of the hotel are excellent. Bedding is slightly of poor quality and matresses would require a refresh. |

The rooms, Swimming Pool, Staff's behaviour and Breakfast as well as the rate was about right. I did not like having hearing the loud music at night and having lady boys around especially for family. It was such an embarrasement. |

The views were good. The Front Office staff were rude and even the managers showed no skills in resolving our problem causing us to waste hours of our day (we were booked for only 1 night in Phuket) and a great disappointment. I would never go back there. |

very nice staff, and very helpful people. Dont forget to take the buffet dinner..its only 250bhats..which is very cheap when compared to outside. Even the streetside restaurants wont cost anything less than 800bhats for dinner for 2. well, the internet connection was a problem, however the staff changed our room (to a better room) and we got the net working |

The staff is rude. And all the services at the hotel are overpriced. I would have been much better off staying at a smaller, cheaper hotel or guesthouse with more personal and friendlier service. The staff was rude. My television didn't work in my room and it took them two days to fix it. The spa had western prices in a country where such things are much cheaper. And the quality of the spa services were poor by local standards. |

Pues es lo que yo llamaria un pedazo de hotel, ninguna queja de ningun tipo yo lo catalogaria como un 5 estrellas, la habitacion en la planta 19 unas vistas impactantes, el personal super amable, el hotel tiene mucho personal, el trato inmejorable, la piscina espectacular. Hay que pagar 1.000 Baths si quieres subir una chica a la habitación. |

Hotellet ligger centralt, der er en god atmosfære og som tilbagevendende gæst føler man sig særligt godt behandlet af personalet. Dette var første gang uden børn ogalle spurgte til børnene. Det varmer. |

Sijainti loistava, huikeat näkymät 21 kerroksen huoneestamme, mukava uima-allasalue. Hotellin siisteydestä ja tasosta anneettin hieman liian positiivinen kuva. Huoneet vanhahtavia, yleiset tilat osin nuhruisia, loisteliaan sijaan pikemminkin keskitasoinen, silti kelvollinen. |

Midden in centrum, erg centraal gelegen. Leuk zwembad. Receptie personeel sprak erg slecht engels, ontbijt was goed maar erg eentonig; alle 4 dagen hetzelfde. |
