Excellent value for money, good parking.
Sheets instead of duvet cover
Low wifi speed in swimming pool area
Good restaurant good food top marks
Bed was nice, staff were nice, travel desk organized motorbike fast a cheaply. 250thb a day for a 125cc Honda something or other. Short walk to town for those fun nights out. Restaurant was decent and the buffet was just 150 baht.
Wifi was slow. AC wasn't the best but worked.
Location was not too far from night bazaar
The bathroom was dirty . Hairs and other stuff from previous guests were still there. Wifi was free but so terrible slow, not able to use it. Very noisy room. Very old TV in the room. This hotel need to be renovated completely.
Well presented hotel Swimming pool Comfortable room
Cheap with pool
A little tired but still value
The view is amazing
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were friendly mostly except for 1or2 staff that were rather grumpy.
Surly looking staff. Charging for printing 3 baht per page at least this was asked for by the night staff.
In this price range a great quality hotel. Easy walk to town. Clean.
Don't go there for the pool or gym.
onsite parking friendly staff that were very helpful Across the road from a all you can eat for 159 bht
Carpets a bit dated
Close to Ta Phae Gate, cheap rate with spacious room
Thin wall, weak WiFi signals
Not much really. The pool was okay an the room size good but that's as far as it went
Very busy road outside with really no facilities close by which forces you to always take transport that is confusing. Reason being that Chiang Mai operates yellow and red vans with the latter operating inside the city circle run, but this hotel is caught in the middle with drivers quoting very different prices, which is hard to argue with when yu are standing in the rain
Arrived a day late due to our plans changing and where told they had given our room away so we had to have two single beds instead of a double which we had paid for. We just got on with it and room was okay, clean and spacious. Facilities where not the best, pool slightly small and gym facilities weren't fully functional. Hotel restaurant was good, entertainment most nights which was usually karaoke of the sort. Location wasn't too bad, tuk tuk into the town took approx 5/10 min so easy enough to get to the night markets ect.
Given a different room that we had originally paid for.
close to the city
The price was OK
Close to the main arena and short taxi rides to the night markets.
On the day of our check out the receptionist grabbed a random dirty towel from behind her desk with our room number attached to it and accused us of 'making it dirty', which they clearly wanted us to pay for. It was rude and it only looked like tea stains which isn't even a big deal. Very petty.
good location...fairly close to the centre but also in a quiet area.
Disgusting! From the worn out slippers they offer to the bug infested bed. The sheets were stained and looked at least 10 years old, everything was outdated and not much option for breakfast. Breakfast tasted like it was cooked the day before. Couldn't wait to leave.
Comfortable and clean room. Good location. Helpful staff.
Competitive room rate.
The hotel has a very good price, the rooms are comfortables, the staff is friendly.
The breakfast is not good.
Can hear the voice from the next door

Equipment in the gym were faulty
Very large room
little swimming pool and little exposure to sun. Fitness room does not exist: only 2-3 very old machines that do not work
