Très facile d'accès et situé en plein coeur du "shopping Center" pour les touristes à Chiang Mai, à savoir = tout juste "devant la porte de l'hotel !" Isolation phonique à améliorer à l'avenir : des fenêtres à double vitrage seraient les bienvenues |

Hotel et personnel très accueillant. Très bien situé juste dans le night bazar. Disponibilité et implication du personnel. C'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons. Sur 3 nuits nous avons changé 1 fois de chambre. La première chambre donnait sur la rue où se trouve le compresseur d'air conditionné de tout l'hôtel = bruit de réacteur d'avion, impossible de dormir. Nous avons eu le choix de 3 autres chambres à notre convenance. Leur réactivité est tout à leur honneur. |

Location was great- just adjacent to the night market. A very good value for money- staff were cordial and the day trips organized by the hotel was excellent The decor of the room was nothing great- no great views from the room- old fittings in the room- but it is a good value for money. |

location was good the night market, litterly outside the door ! Was very noisy in the room we stayed in and the view was non existant. Try and avoid room 211, you will know what I mean if you get this room. |

The hotel is near a lot of things. Frendley staff. We booked a deluxe room and by checking in we payed 600 bath more (that was ok for us) to get extra's like free internet, late check out, and a few thing more. The extras where ok but they first give us a room where we had to hold the shower head in our hands to take a shower. Than we ask to change the room and they did so. What i'm trying to say is that you don't need to be to shy to ask something on the receptiondesk when you dont agree. |

Perfect location, clean, friendly staff. The room was relatively spacious. A bit old. Renovated, but with the lack of good modern design. The breakfast was terrible. The swimming pool could be nicer. |

I stayed at the hotel, but the reception said they did not receive my booking. I could not acces my email and print out the confirmation so I had to check in at the normal price of the hotel which was about 800 BHT more for 3 days then via booking.com. I like it better when the breakfast is included in the price. |

I planned to stay at Royal Princess for 6 days. I ended up extending it to 15. The rates were good, service was excellent and the location is fantastic. Tour agent should be more specific about rates. |

The friendly staff in Royal Princess is really an asset of this hotel because this hotel is quite old and their is no view in that area. When we arrived, I got the room, I found the water drainage in the basin the slow, then the staff upgraded to deluxe room and avoid if I found other problem in the same type of room we booked, good. To me, the deluxe room is no better than the superior room but bigger. There was a very bad experience about the driver from CNX to the hotel. Since both of us were not in the same flight,my friend took the earlier flight and arriving CNX earlier than me, she called the hotel pick up for two of us until she waited for me,however, the driver didn;t know she arrived by Thai airways in the international airport side, but I arrived by Air Asia in domestic airport. Then I communicated with the driver, but he didn't understand English much. He called the hotel and the staff she said my friend called her and told her she would like to wait for me to go to the hotel, it meant that my friend was still in the airport but no one notice she arrived in the International airport. There was communication problem. |

El personal es muy amable. La localización es excelente, en pleno mercado nocturno. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado. La habitación olía mucho a humedad y el aire acondicionado estaba muy alto, nos resfriamos. El hotel está pidiendo a gritos una reforma urgente. Hay sitios mucho mejores en Chiang Mai por el mismo precio. |

Las instalaciones del hotel y la decoración son una maravilla. El desayuno genial, y la atención personal es excelente. Está bien que tengan internet gratis, gimnasio, piscina, y transporte al mercado nocturno gratuito a las 18:00h. El recinto tiene mucha vegetación y un estanque, por eso está lleno de mosquitos. Además está alejado del centro de la ciudad. |
