Score from 744 reviews Very good
Location was very onvenient.
Wi-Fi facilituy was too poor to use it
Hotel really good just terrible WiFi in our room
Location and value for money
No view and poor wi-if connection
Nice pool, gym was good, good location, good breakfast. Really nice staff.
Wi-fi just about ok, they had a fire drill on my floor and i went back to the room the hall had smoke in! bit scary. maybe this is normal practice, however not to my liking.Had interconnecting door and they have a strange locking system, which didn't work and someone entered my room at 1.0 am. the staff were very apologetic and helped me with the rest of my stay to be improved.
Staff really nice, the manager always took time out to speak. Nice buffet breakfast. Good value for money. Recommended.
Very modern hotel. Big and clean room. Nice pool area. There is available parking for guests.
There was a lizard in one of my friends room
Located right in the heart of the night bazaar area, plenty of shopping and places to eat/drink. Rooms very good, spacious & comfortable. When we stayed the renovations on the Lobby had all recently been completed & very nice it all looked. Pool area nice & a good place to enjoy a dip & relax for a while, after your day sightseeing. Enjoyed our 2 days stay & would definitely look at stopping here again, next time we visit Chiang Mai.
Not many parking spaces, but the staff member who was looking after that area, always made sure we were sorted out & many thanks to him for that.
Localization of the hotel is really good – just opposite Night Market. Décor of the hotel is very pleasant. It’s clean and comfortable.
Our room had really awful view from the window, on some garbage dump or something. It was one of the cheapest options in this hotel, so I would assume this was the reason ;) but still... We kept our curtains shaded...
Staff were polite and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Location is convenient if you want to be near the night bazaar.
Its expensive considering the corridors absolutely stink of cigarette smoke. In fact when I put the AC on in my room it pumped the smell of stale cigarette into the air. Not very pleasant.
We found this hotel is in a very good position extremley cleanbreakfast exellent all roundvery good otl
location is very good and stuffs were very helpful specially front desk and tour desk.
I have reserved through booking .com and the payment condition was to pay later during check out, but I was surprised that the pay was detected befor that without even asking me.
Location was great. Close to everything
Had ants in the first room. Once we moved there was ants in the second room too. Staff didn't really do anything about it they were acting oblivious to the problem.
The rooms were large and comfortable.
Location is good, staff are great
Room is dark, shower hard to operate, floors and carpet dirty, internet on/off all the time. At 7AM each day we were awaken by chairs scraping, children crying, people walking - we assume we were above the breakfast room. We paid a premium price but didn't receive a premium room.
All the staff from the parking attendants to front desk are excellent. Location is handy for walking around In the Night market.
Prices in the Resturaunt steep.
Staff is good, location at the night bazzaar.
Not many resturants nearby. No view. Room facing the wall, you even cannot see the sky or the streets.
Where this hotel is located is a very quiet during the Daytime but every evening the Night Market and Street Stalls make this a very busy part of town. Instead of buying the expensive 400 baht breakfast use the Restaurant opposite.
I thought this Hotel was very expensive and not good value for the extra expense.
1. steps away from night market 2. hotel itself is quite new 3. room was nice, but towel already worn out 4. break fast was overpriced
everything was perfect, until we checked out hotel. one staff accused my parents of taking their hotel slippers. that was pretty disturbing cause we didnt take any.
First of all the location because of the night bazaar. The staff is professional and terribly helpful and with the new lobby the Hotel looks beautiful
The pool area looks rather sad and the 9th floor level with the plants
Hotel is right smacked at the night bazaar vicinity which is very convenient. Hotel has a new lobby which looks so modern and beautiful. Theres a place right in front of the lobby for guests to lounge and at the same time watch the goings of the night bazaar which is very refreshing.
Staff attitude is very poor! I requested for them to help me make a booking at a certain restaurant for dinner and were told that I will be charged for that service!!!!!! When having my free drink at the lobby, we requested for no ice in the drink as it was rather cold and they serve us half a glass. When we asked that they fill the glass a little more as half a glass seems like left over from other guests they flatly said no!!! The rooms in the hotel are also very small. We have to open another luggage on the floor as there are 2 persons in the room and that left very little room to move about.
1) Very convenient 2) Rate value for money
1) The towels & beds should be changed to a better quality ones. 2) Air conditioning could not be controlled individually. It was too cold.
Location .. excellent ..
