some front desk staff always on the phone, no greeting not so nice and friendly. The hotel a bit far from the BTS, the shuttle is from the hotel only not for the pick up.

Hotel is clean and very good value for money. Gym is a good size and pool clean. Staff friendly, and if you talk to them, they will make your stay very comfortable.

Pool only has sun from 11am to 13.30 pm.

Location was excellent with free tuk tuk shuttle to bts stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on where to visit and how best to organise tours. Breakfast actually goes until a decent hour (10.30am) for holiday makers. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Water in the shower didn't keep steady temperature - going from warm to hot constantly

we had a nice 41 sqm room with kitchen, small living room and a very nice bath room. Breakfast buffet was also quite good.

In fact nothing disturbed us.

key to operate the lift rarely worked first time.the furniture in the room was dated unlike the entrance to the hotel which belies the standard of the rooms.

they didn'T clean the room the breakfast was poor

we liked every thing there except the staff.

It was a last minute, same day booking and this place was one of the cheapest of the 'proper hotels' in the area at 1,700 baht - compared to other prices on offer at that time it was fair value, but normally there are much better places for the same money if you book a few days in advance. Room was very large and had a huge bed, a desk and sofa - as well as separate bath and shower - and the wifi was free and good. If you just need a room its ok.

The room and everything in it was very old and worn, but probably very nice back in 1980. The room looked directly into (it was that close) a multi-story carpark - so the security guard or drivers could get a perfect view into your room if you left the curtains open. The doors to the room very thin and had large gaps - you could hear even quiet sounds from the hallway. Little things here and there were broken like the toilet flush, safe etc - they functioned but only with imagination and persistence!

Excellent location, very close to Asok BTS station, and close to a few very good clubs. Especially Bed Supperclub. Nice spacious rooms. We booked a suite and it had all the amenities.

Only the washing machine in our suite sucked.
