1) Great breakfast, lots of variety.. 2) Good location.. 3) available gym 4) Staff friendly ,especially the bellboys!

1) Staff did not understand English well. Everytime we needed something we had to suffer alooot to make them understand what we were requesting.. 2) Every night we asked the reception for wake-up call for the next morning, but 6 days we stayed at the hotel and not one day we got our wake up call..

Poor room, small, smell of cigarettes and smoking every morning from other rooms in the floor, no possibility to change temprature of the ac - or too cold or nothing, no possibility to open windows and let some air in

The room was well-equipped with a small kitchen. I could invite my friends to the room without any trouble from hotel-staff.

The hotel is surrounded by bigger buildings. There's no Royalness left at all. Soi 15 just nothing, only nasty tailors at the begin of the road calling you all the time trying to sell. The TukTuk-shutle was out of order, but why was there no replacement? Hotel-management take care of this as guests count on this as it is displayed on the website...

All was great ... a little busy around this area if you have families ... but hey ... that's Bangkok. Staff great and breakfast superb ... room was excellent.

Pool too small if you want to swim more than 3 strokes ... but nice to sit around for a drink.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the hotel rooms and the effective daily room service. I also enjoyed the fact that the rooms I stayed in were away from the busy-ness of the main hotel. The breakfast buffets as well as the variey on the dinner/lunch menus were superb.

There should be some sweat towels and fresh drinking water available in the Gym area.

Hotel under remodel. Did not have my reservation when i arrived nor did they honor the deal from Bookings that stated that i would receive a complementary transfer to the airport. The hotel is more concerned with it's condo / apartment business than renting hotel rooms.

- Staff was helpfull

No restaurant, eating in the Lobby, a lot of noiseduring day and night of other guests. We got a room at the back and side of the hotel. No view, very noisy and smelly. Based on the website of Bookings.com, the promises were high and the actual room very disappointing. Did not meet the expectations at all. The shower was almost non existing, no water.

Good possibilty for car-park. Close to Sky-Train

Ligging goed. Personeel heel erg correct/vriendelijk. Ontbijt voldoende.

Hadden een junior suite in een oud gebouw. Entree niet leuk.Veel overlast van oude airco. Dag en nacht draaien geluid. Lekkages. Zijn toen verhuist naar het hotel zelf. Kaner goed ingericht. Ware blij met de verhuizing

Einfach alles,da gibts nix zu maulen. Ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Tuck Tuck Service, Skytrain in der Nähe alles perfekt. Gerne WIEDER.Die negativ Bewertungen der anderen auf der Webseite sind Quatsch

Lähellä Sky-Trainia eli liikkuminen kaupungille oli helppoa. Hyvä aamiainen; hedelmät hyvin valittuja ja muutoinkin. Huoneessa oli radio/cd-soitin ja pystyi kuuntelemaan cd-levyjä. Kiva pieni uima-allas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.Hyvä hotelli.

Ei ollut erityisesti mitään, mistä emme olisi pitäneet. Kaikki toimi. Ehkä sen voisi sanoa, että on hivenen liioiteltua sanoa huoneen sijaitsevan hotellin Puistosiivessä, kun viheralue oli pieni kaistale, kuten nyt Bangkokilaisessa hotellissa odottaakin saattaa. Huone oli joka tapauksessa mukava.
