Rua Rasada Hotel - The Ideal Venue for Meetings & Events    

We liked the greeting and friendliness of the staff. My husband and I have stayed here once before on our way to Koh Samui by car. The pool is lovely, the food is superb in the restaurant and the rooms are lovely and clean. Plus the location is great for us when driving through the city.

For us westerners, not a full roll of toilet paper was left. We ran out and had to use tissues. However that is the only complaint we could have about this Hotel.

Nice big hotel just outside the center. Great for a one night sleep-over. Very comfy and nice looking room.

The staff spoke very bad english and it was hard to get anything done. The airport shuttle service costs 200baht for a 10min drive.

They just renovate room with up to date and modern style. The room is big and value for money.

I ordered wine house that taste was terrible.

The room was great, comfortable and very quiet, the swimmingpool is excellent and the breakfast buffett was good as well.

Just a few small aspects as a feedback: The good equipment has obviously not be maintained; the area around the pool was not clean at the morning. When I had lost my room card I had to pay 200 Baht for a new simple plastic card. Never had a treatment like this before.

Very good service, and good restaurants

I thought the hotel was quite central, but in fact we had to take a taxi/tuk tuk every time we wanted to go to town, there is nothing to do around the hotel!

Nur wenige Leute im Hotel , deshalb waren die meisten Gerichte auf der Speisekarte nicht vorhanden, das Essen sonst war gut. Massagen sind viel zu teuer !

Staff spoke very poor english. A little far from the center, and hard to get a taxi from town to hotel aften none o' clock in the evening.

We stayed one night in the end of our four weeks travel in Thailand. This hotel had everything we needed! Good value for the money!

Room was very nice, comfy bed and good shower. Pool great for kids. Excellent breakfast

Location is far from town centre, hotel was very quite when we visited which meant staff weren't always around when needed.

Modern and pleasant

Stayed on two different nights, first night in a standard room which was good, second in a corner suite which suffered from a howling gale noise in the lightest of winds. Also a cockroach in the room. Finally, the staff do not speak English very well so numerous difficulties and mistakes with additional drinks being brought to us that we're not ordered etc.
