Liked the cool little bungalow type huts. Nice private garden feel to the place and an entrance from the huts directly onto the beach. The photos are not very accurate of the bathroom facilities. What you get is much more basic yet still adequate enough.

Bamboo huts gorgeous. Basic but so clean and just what you need for being pretty much on the beach. Locals so friendly and a resounding feeling of being safe and looked after. Ruan Mai was great for the money and we were so impressed we came back and spent the last 4 nights here! Due to the relaxed environment, it made an incredibly friendly community which helped make the experience so enjoyable and warm. Nothing. Would recommend to all and would be back in a second! It is basic. Don't expect luxury but it is clean and perfect for living on the beach and returning to your hut for a shower and a sleep..............

The cottage was great - next to the beach, the beach was clean, lovely, peaceful and quiet. Very basic accommodation but very cute.

Great staff, unbeatable location, proximity to airport and gorgeous gardens around huts. No shelving or storage space inside huts. Wobbly breezeblock steps into hut and down to restroom!

Lovely little bamboo huts right next to the beach. As expected they are ver basic but have a fan, mosquito net, toilet and (cold) shower. Only 10 mins for the airport. Compared to other places we had been we werent that keen on Naiyang beach but I guess this could be said of phuket as a whole, its bound to be busier and more expensive than other places.

The price of the room as it was the cheapest near the airport, but I will pay more next time. The size of the room was barely big enough to get two people in the room especially once you add luggage. Also seeing that they walls are just made of tied together bamboo you can hear all the nearby cabanas plus the late night partying on the beach; didn't get to sleep much.

The location right on the beach Very lazy attitude of staff: no room cleaning or change of towels and bed linen without a daily request. Random cutting off water to room during the day.

The location is perfect-close to the airport. After we travelled 12hrs it is a good spot to stay for the night and enjoy evening by the sea. You can observe locals at their everyday chores. The staff didnt speak English at all and they didnt have the room we booked. The quality of the room we got was poor, smelling bad and had mould on the walls and toilet.

Close to the beach. I do not recommend this accomodation at all. Everything about this bungalows is wrong. We checked-in quite late (as we informed at booking). There was no towels and toilet paper at bungalow, only cold water at the "bathroom" what was not mentioned at booking conditions, bathroom was smeely and dirty - you did not want to even go in. Mosquito net was full of holes and in the room is no place where you can put your things. On one side of the row of bungalow is muslim market place and on other were builded new hotel. So from about 6am there start very loud noice of digger, saw and hammer beating. This place is very over priced! Stuff has indifferent attitud, if you ask for taxi they only reccomend you local over priced travel agencies! Area of Nayian Beach is filthy, full of garbage and non friendly people who just want to rip off your money. Do not even bother to go to this place it´s worthless.

This hotel is very overpriced for extremely basic facilities. The staff were inexperienced, the rooms were stuffy and musty. The bar immediately next door played very loud music, with people singing, and subsequently fighting at the top of their voices until 4am!!! Nai Yang beach itself is very dirty, with litter lying around everywhere. We will never bother going there again.

Naiyang beach is a treasure, worth the trip away from noisy dirty phuket. Bungalows are 10 second walk from beach, not luxurious but perfect. Staff speaks little English.

Location near airport was 40 minutes walking distance if need be. I walked after being ripped of by taxis. The note I sent about steps being a problem with my bad knees...was not understood. The bamboo hut was 2 feet higher than the step they had there..and the bathroom worse having to make a large step down at night to use the toilet. Hazardous to me and left me in pain.

The people were really friendly and helpful. Whenever anything went wrong they fixed it immediately...new place so a few glitches. The bungalows are made of bamboo with their own bathroom surrounded by palms and plants. Quite nice actually.....I Would stay again. There were lots of restaurants nearby and beach where you could rent deck chairs and umbrellas. They gave me a free motorbike ride back to the place where I could take the bus back to town. If you take the airport bus from Phuket Town or Airport it stops very near the beach and you can take a taxi to the beach or walk 1 - 1 1/2 k walk The beach was a bit disappointing because it was so littered with garbage.

It's a stone's throw from the beach We arrived at the airport at midnight and looked for a taxi. Although you can take a minivan to patong and phuket town for 150bt pp, which is a 45 to 60 min drive, we had to pay after long negotiating 150bt for the taxi (they all charged 500bt even if it's only a 2 min drive!) so if you want cheap transfer to your hotel, better book in patong for example.

Not well english speaking but nice staff. Close to airport and on the beach. Bamboo cottage was ok, but attached bathroom awful. We had rat's poo in the shower, the shower was brooken so the watter splashed everywhere around, rest of tooth paste in the basin, spotted tap, hairs (not ours) in the drain.... No servis was provided. We booked this hotel bcs we arriwed very late evening and didn't want to travel so far immediately. For this price (600bht) we expected much more. Than we found much better accommodation for 300 bht.

5 Minuten Taxifahrt vom Flughafen. Gemütlicher Strand, nicht sehr überlaufen. Ein paar Restaurants, Mini Market thats it. Was sehr schade ist!
