Near to the beach! Quite Outdoor shower Nice people
Located at the beach, close to restaurants, airport, shops, massage, etc. Bamboo hut is small but very nice and rustic (bathroom has no roof), good for a short stay because there is not much room for suitcases etc.
Steps from the room to the bathroom
Location was good for the airport, and next to the beach which was quiet and nice to walk along. Close by shops, cafés and restaurants.
1. Although we told them we required an early morning airport transfer, there was no-one at the desk, the restaurant, anywhere, at 7:30am. We had to leave our key at the desk and walk down the street where another hotel organised us a taxi. 2. Don't waste your money on a quaint, romantic bamboo hut. They are rickety, ours had 3 holes in the floor, the bed is a mattress on said floor with nothing more than 3ft of floor space to the left and bottom of the mattress. The en suite bathroom is outside, open air. Not just the shower, but the toilet too, not so good in rainy season! Our mosquito net had so many holes in it it was barely worth using. It was OK for one night to get to the airport for an early flight, but otherwise I'd spend a bit more and get an actual room.
Close to the airport. Easy acces to Phang Nga Bay. Just on the beach. Quiet place. Restaurant not expensive. Ask for a room above the restaurant. The bungalows are not that good.
Make sure you book your tour somewhere else. The guy asked us a lot of money. Good we booked at the airport. We didn't get the room we wanted, but room was ok. Wifi is poor.
The whole resort is actually on the beach,so you could get up at 6AM and catch the sunrise.Ten mins walking to bars, stores, and resturant. Good experience sleeping in a room that made by bamboo.
Lavatory has no ceiling.Little bit inconvenient to go to the bathroom.
Nice and cosy place Beautiful Very quiet
If you come from Lanseria's side, the board that display's the section where you are suppose to turn is broken so we originally drove past.
Amazing place, close to the airport and good value. Directly on the beach, we only stayed for one night because it was bad weather but if it had been sunny this would be the perfect place to relax.
It's very close to Phuket Airport, which was good for us because we lost our lugage. There's 1 good resto 'The Sands'...
There's nothing to do, the beach isn't clean and there are a lot of mosquito's and dogs (they make a lot of noise at night)
Nice long beach very simple bamboo cottage with sea view good food in the restaurant
Too expensive the restaurant closed at 6pm the pictures on the website are misleading
Near airport , very nice blowgun
Tax cost too much
The bamboo bungalows are a bit rickety but really nice- just the right size for a couple with 2 backpacks... the location right on the beach means going to sleep listening to the waves.. lovely.
The staff weren't overly friendly, but were fine. There was a bit of trouble going on in the town when we were there so not many restaurants and the one at the hotel was only open one of the days and wasn't cheap but can't complain when the room was such a bargain.
Great value for money, great service, would recommend!
Very close to Airport. Transfer to Airport only 100 Baht. Good restaurant in the Resort.
Shower and toilet outside without shelter. Only bed in room, no furniture. Can be windy because its only a bamboo Bungalow
very good location ;)
Area the hotel was at was disgusting room was filthy bed sheets and pillows smelt and the bathroom flooded still from previous tenants in the room couldn't shower
- close to beach; - nice rooms.
- not working kitchen; - no breakfast.
Location, staff.. It is exactly what's on the brochure. Good value for money.
Stayed here for two nights before a flight from Phuket - great little bamboo hut! It was small but cute. Right by the beach and loads of places to eat. 200thb taxi from there to the airport.
The area was a bit run down - lots of dogs along the beach. The shower didn't really work properly.
The garden you walk through to get to the huts was nice, although mosquito heaven. Good location on the beach if you're too lazy to walk 3 mins, which is the total time it would take from most of the nicer/pricy hotels.
Both the Windows in my bamboo hut were broken - one fell out when you opened it, the other just wouldn't open. A mouse ate through my toiletry bag (massive hole in it now) on the first night and they kept coming back and scurrying around all night, knocked over the bin in the toilet so maybe rats (there are no shelves or even hooks to hang your stuff out of the way of the mice) I was here during the wet season and when it rained there was nowhere that didn't drip or leak. The driest area was the mattress on the floor so obviously, that's where I left most of my possessions when I went out for the day. I'd like to point out my clothes were folded and my silk sleeping bag liner was spread out on the bed, ready to get into - nothing was left in a mess. When I came back after a day of heavy rain, ALL of my belongings had been swept from the bed and left in a pile on the floor at the foot of the bed and my sleeping bag liner had been scrunched up and tossed under the worst leak in the hut so was soaked through. When I showed the staff what had been done to my possessions they seemed unconcerned and said "the maid had to make your bed" they did offer to dry my liner for me but my book and other items were soaked through. Nothing was offered for my ruined toiletry bag. I'm a back packer - I stay in budget, grimy, low rate places a lot of the time. I love bamboo huts normally. I've stayed in plenty all over Thailand. I'm quite happy to go with a fan and a pretty odd sleeping arrangement. I would have been happy with my leaky hut as long as my things hadn't been ruined and abused by staff, and if they had charged 250baht pn (STANDARD rate for a bamboo hut in HIGH season, let alone WET season), but at 500?! Who are they kidding!!! Just AVOID!!!
Simple but very charming and clean bamboo huts, Good value for the money. Surely the best huts we had in this whole trip. Perfect for a late night flight arrival.
simple picturesque bamboo bungalows right next the beach; only about 3km from the airport, 24h check-in (if you wake up the sleeping staff at the counter ;)
at our stay we experienced incredible noise during the night: generators, construction works, extremely loud party music...even with earplugs it was hard to get a couple of hours sleep
The little huts where lovely. Good Value for money. Huts are right on the beach.
Can't really complain.
Location was good, rate was very cheap!
The rat that ran out from under the hut, the fact that the drains were open in the bathroom, the lack of security.
On the beach..in the sand
Go for a room, not a hut !
Close to Sirinat Nat.park,sea.
