Closeness to the airport It has no breakfast and no cafe or restaurant. The rooms are dark, there is nothing interesting nearby in a walk distance. The shower didn't work in our room, we had to take shower in the room of our friends. There must be 3 lamps in the ceiling, but at first there was only one and I asked the stuff to put 2 more.

It was in close proximity to the airport (only about 5min drive away) and the owner ran a taxi service to the airport, making it easier. It was also walking distance from the beach (although 20min walk) where there were a few restaurants and shops. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no pillowcases on the pillows and the cover was very thin. Although the room and bathroom were fairly clean, there were a few bugs and lizards around. Word of warning, be careful on the stairs when it has been raining, as they are tiled and slippery, as my friend found out the hard way.

Отличные апартаменты, находятся в 5 мин от аэропорта, в 3 мин от двух красивых не многолюдных пляжей, что редкость на Пхукете. Нам всё очень понравилось!!! Обязательно наличие байка!!!!

Staf, gentile e disponibile, ma posizione scomoda, necessario un mezzo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. è ottimo se si arriva tardi all'aeroporto perchè dista a soli 5 min. Per fare la colazione bisogna andare nel hotel vicino (100m). Ma tutto sommato rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Con poco potrebbe essere più in ordine ed accogliente. Ma è lo stile di qui...

Decent value for a low budget room in the Nai Yang area. Don't expect anything fancy though. The manageress (Sam?) spoke very good English and was a nice, helpful person. Maybe see if you can get her phone number because if she isn't there and you need help, the other staff don't seem to know any English. There was a fairly large fridge in our room with lots of room in it. Currently, this accommodation is misplaced on the website's location map (showing it to be very near the Nai Yang Boutique Resort). This is unfortunate because we specifically booked this place to be a very short walk to the beach. Instead, we wound up on the main highway that goes through the outer Nai Yang area. It is walkable if you don't mind maybe a 20-30 min. Walk to the beach, but disappointing for us because this wasn't what we wanted and had we known would have booked elsewhere. In the end we rented a scooter to get around. Maybe a taxi to/from the beach would be cheap?
