All-wooden hotel buildings provide a special atmosphere that cannot be found in large and impersonal concrete hotel towers. A clean swimming pool is available. Breakfasts in Thai style are substantial and tasty, other meals are provided for very reasonable price. The hotel is located within walking distance (2.5 km) from the city center but a hotel car is ready to provide transport if needed.

Beautiful hotel. So much wood. Very beautiful. Kate and Yam are beautiful people who were so helpful. We loved them.

Wifi signal was terrible. Mai (the owner) seemed too much in our business. We felt like we were staying at our grandmother's home, not a hotel. Outside of the city, not a good location if you want to be in the mix of things.

Ruen Come In don't look like a hotel, more like a chalet in Alps. Rooms are very spacious. The owner is amazing. She is super friendly, very good cook and taking an excellent care of guests.

Airplanes flying right above the hotel, it's a huge disadvantage for a sensitive sleeper like me. Hopefully there are no flights at the middle of the night, but be ready to go to sleep at 1a.m and wake up around 5.30-6.00. Staff barely speak English and can't cook half as good as the owner. One night I had only a hot water going out from the tap (I couldn't take the shower and used bottled water to wash hands and face).

    Beautiful place, very nice staff.

Mosquitos were everywhere, but that seemed to be true in the whole city. A/C and the lotion they gave us kept them from biting us.

The hotel is being carefully managed. The staff members are friendly. The hotel offers organic healthy breakfasts, made to order.

We were asked to settle the room charges upon check in. The internet was not working in our room during our stay.
