I liked the area where S.K. 1 is located. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous and the swimming pool was great during the hot weather!

The staff were not friendly. I was quite disappointed in the lack of hospitality. The room I was in also did not have any air flow, so sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Staff at reception were very matter of fact and didn't seemed bothered if you stayed there or not. My bathroom was awful, dirty, toilet seat not attached, basin blocked and very grubby. I know it was cheap but even so that cannot be used as an excuse!

The quiet and very atmospheric character with a swimming pool in the middle was a surprise and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The deal via booking.com was excellent and Chiang Mai is a wonderful place.

Beautifully designed lounge, amazing paintings, swimming pool - I liked everything except the room itself!

My room (the one with fan) was dark and noisy (windows are on the both sides of it and noises come literally from everywhere - but these windows don't give any light as one is facing the wall and the other goes into the hall). Bathroom looked quite scary, with bare concrete walls.

The restaurant and the swimming pool were good actualy. Even as the posibility to book a tour and rent a motorbike.

I hate to buy tickets for Wifi. Hello!!! It's 2012, that must be Free in any hotel. When I gaved this tip to one of the employers I get the answer: "I know, I have no power, I have to shut up and work". That was a little bit ignoring for me as a critical client as I am.

Good location.

I had a horrible experience here. Checked in, which was no problem from my booking on booking.com. Went up to my room, which had a balcony and was fairly impressed with the room. Checked the mattress for bedbugs and found it not only infested, but also covered in green mould. I asked to change rooms, and the gave us the room right next door. I checked this for bed bugs, and this time didn't find any. I'm assuming there probably were some, but none were sighted. Went for a swim in the pool, which was nice, but came back to a horrible chemical stink in the hallway and in my room. I started to feel sick so I went to the reception to find out if the knew anything about it, and they let me know they had put a pesticide bomb in the infested room. I guess that's proactive but that room's door is only 2 feet from my room's door. Obviously those chemicals are very poisonous, so we got a third room. This room looked a bit nicer, for a $13 room, but when I turned on the tap, the water was brown and little red squiggly larvae (like mosquito larvae) came out of all the taps: sink, toilet, and shower. We left the water running for over an hour, and it improved, but was still brown with the occasional worm. Obviously, I do not recommend this place.

Bebugs.Bedbugs. Bedbugs!!!! We have changed the room after the first night due to bedbugs inside the bed. Also the second room had bedbugs. Our knees looked horriable. The personal tries to sell trips like elephant trekking to much higher prices than outside in the city ( 30-50% higher). Look around in the citz and book there!

The tour operators within the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and provided great deals for a wide range of trips.

I was here 6 days , good hotel for that price . In the same street there is a nice place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its called Up 2 You. Also is it a great place for drinking a beer, cocktail etcetera. Very nice girls too

The use of a pool and how close to some of the main tourist areas. Friendly staff if not all that useful.

Damp bed sheets even in an air con room. Mosquitos everywhere. Room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Room was not as advertised on website. Uncomfortable beds. Window view of a concrete wall if in a ground floor room. We were left to wait 5 hours before we were allowed to check in and move to our room.

The whole feeling during my stay was: "It is all about the money". I did not feel a focus on guest wellness. While I cannot point to a single event the whole atmosphere was negative, and that *I* should be grateful that they allowed me to stay. There are so many better options, choose those. I stayed at Roong Ruang (roongruang.com) afterwards which was a much better experience. Pricewise they are comparable.

Close to the Chiang Mai city center. A fair restaurant, good prices. Nice, if somewhat boring pool. Staff was very friendly, they even added some stamps to my cards when I had put an insufficient number on them.

The beds were very hard, and they cleaned rooms only if explicitly requested.

早上8点多到，可以提前Check IN，酒店的外国人很多，挺有FEEL的。酒店位置很好，附近有几家酒吧，但不是属于特别吵那种。走一小段- 路就是很著名的jok sompetch，它家的鸡腿饭还有咖啡真心好吃，之后一直念念不忘。

定的风扇房环境实在差，尤其是307，没窗，308则西晒。如果给的是这两个房建议换房。朋友第一天住30- 7，后来换到305好超多。

性价比不错！店门设计很好

Расположение отеля хорошее. Как раз верхний правый угол "квадрата" старого города. Как раз там кучкуются отели для европейской публики и недалеко от всего. Хороший бассейн, после жары приятно поплавать, искупаться, остынуть. Также, приятное лобби, по вечерам посидеть, попить пивка, или рома, пообщаться компанией, очень удобно. Относительно тихо. Вообще, сложилось ощущение, что отель строился с целью стать одним из лучших в городе — такой, с хоарактером, не без придумок, а потом то ли хозяин сменился, то ли остыл.

В целом мы не привередливы, но было бы неплохо все-таки поставить холодильник в номер. Иногда хочется фрукты сложить, воду, или пиво. Персонал не то чтобы неприветливый, но безразличный. Скажем, на унитазе отсутствовало "очко", а кондиционер начинал течь после 15 минут работы. Оба раза, спустился на ресепшн, сообщил. В ответ — ок. И в общем-то все. Мы были в праздники, на тайский новый год, народу было много, но все равно как-то не слишком приятно. В общем прожили 3 дня там и перехали в отель подешевле и с лучшими условиями, минутах в 10 ходьбы)) Для краткосрочного пребывания сойдет, но можно найти и получше за эти деньги.

价钱很便宜，而且住宿条件还不错，竟然还有游泳池，虽然晚上8点就不能下水了，从来没用过。。。。位置在城- 内的东北角上，还算方便。而且并没有碰到有臭虫什么的，可能因为我房间在2楼，总的来说还是不错的。

前台那个旅行社价钱不合理，WIFI只有在前台跟花园里面上才免费，到了房间上要收费。在晚上屋里开着灯的- 时候靠近窗帘是能从外面看到屋内的。

酒店装饰不错，很有泰北风情。我们住的是100块不到的风扇房，好热。以为清迈晚上会凉的，谁知道〜位置算- 挺好找的，在护城河边上。

房间设备超级简陋〜陈旧〜有点不习惯。

离塔佩门比较近。本身泰式的庭园什么挺别致的。房间不大但基本设施齐全。有游泳池，无免费ＷＩＦＩ。
