Very basic place to stay
The unique style, many traditional details, cool pool
No breakfast included, WLAN only very poor, checkout already 10am
The fan was good, soap provided and towels. That's about it.
There's no WiFi in the room. Only soap and towl is provided. No fridge nor complimentary water nor cutips or anything.
Location is good Wifi in the courtyard Clean
The woman who checked us in was very rude and in the morning when I paid for a bottle of water she barely looked up from the food she was eating and took my money without sayi a word. Won't be going back.
Location is super, easy to access to restaurants, massage, the well known weekend market is about 10 mins walk only..My friend and I was in the fan room in the first 2 nights, but Aircon room is definitely better... We upgraded the room after we back from Pai. Aircon room has better cleanliness, better hot water for shower...already recommended few friends to stay there
wifi is only available in their own restaurant and garden.... Maybe weak signal in rooms near the garden
lots of ambiance
Friendly atmosphere and staff very helpful, breakfasts excellent with a good choice of menu,
First room had a block work wall outside window blocking out light, over a hundred Mosquitos in the bathroom , terrible smell from drains.Bathroom also needed a good clean with bleach
Helpfulness in organizing outings, great food at a good price, friendly staff. Great atmosphere and well appointed space to sit around in.
Bathroom drainage was a bit poor. Free Wifi hard to get onto at times
Great location. Friendly staff, always helpful and polite. Good sized rooms and beds. Lovely sun terrace.
Wi-Fi sometimes a bit hit and miss but there is a desk top computer provided for guest use so overall pretty good.
It is value for money 500 B/night. The hotel area is nice, not large but clever arrangement. The bed is so comfortable. It is close to the market, just 10 minutes walk.
There are some mosquitoes in the room, not only my room but the others. It seems like a hotel for foreigner not for Thai people. Some staff wasn't coordinate with the others. I booked the van to the airport by telling the man staff, he said he will book it for me but it was turn out that he forgot it. Fortunately, my brother asked for the book confirmation, then we know they didn't make any reservation. However, the van came on time.
s k house is a nice place tpo live in ,it is clean , good looking and well kept
the cyber cafe is closed for a long time ,free drinking water should be available there and lift fascilities
Great location, clean modern rooms and a swimming pool.
Cheap and located in old city.
First room didn't have any hot water. Second room had bed bugs. The staff didn't seem to care much, hardy looked up when you spoke to them. Simply bad service
Very very Rude staff, not aware of the customers. Wifi signal very low Bedrooms'walls are full of rot. Sheets are not very clean.
The room had a good size, temperature, smell and was clean. The public areas are great including the pool and the hang out area with free WIFI. Really good stay there.
From the outside it's a beautiful place and it's well situated.
The day personnel was very unfriendly.
The lana style furniture and decoration
the room, was very noisy , people slaming doors, walking in the corridor speaking load , you hear everything . 3 nights no sleep. room was very small, tv no signal . no cleaning. but if you want cheap its oke.
-very nice terrace for hangout -swimming pool -you can lock your room with your padlock -good and cheap food&drinks in restaurant -good trekking information
-bored, fussy reception girl (other stuff really friendly)
cats were pretty
upon checking in we found out that the sink was leaking (it was one of more expensive rooms, with AC and on top floor)... the water was siphoning through the sink- no way management didn't know about it beforehand, but they placated us with a promise of fixing it up... never happened, we woke up to the smell of sewer in the room- and moved out immediately... disgusting attitude. rooms are small, ones without AC superspartan small shoeboxes with dubious interior decoration attempts... lousy all in all, not recommended- lots of options for less or same money in the area
- pool - location (quiet area) - restaurant on site (friendly young waiter working long hours every day) - private bathroom - garden terrace - beer fridge - friendly woman working tourist info
- staff lacked efficiency (room cleaning skipped three days despite hanging sign) - rude (assumed) manager who dictated his staff behind a computer screen all day while loudly watching slasher films in the lobby - avoid main floor (especially near the pool) if you're a light sleeper due to laundry/cleaning staff and poolside noise
Cheap food in restaurant
Very hard bed and terrible pool area
The location is easy to find.
The women of reception are not very friendly. The room is simple.
pool and location ac rooms nice
fan only rooms bit tired
The location is central to everything and the rooms are clean. Nice place to stay, but the internet is very poor and needs to be improved.
The internet there is very poor. Not only is it not available in your room, but even in the lobby it is very poor. Sometimes you cannot even connect. Other places I have stayed for less money had better internet in the rooms and lobby. Internet in the rooms is very important to guests.
