The breakfast

I have stayed at s15 for the past 5 years, but this time I found that it had changed from the splendid place it used to be. The rooms are tired and need some refurbishment, the reception staff have lost the friendliness that they previously exuded and Booking.com clients are now treated as second class guests, even refusing to provide a morning newspaper and putting in rooms that are obviously below par, mine shared the kitchen vent,

good location. well mannered service staff. helpful too.

i like jaccuzi , the room ambience was very good and well planned as per international standards.. i like the sofa in front of lcd tv .

the resturant is closed till 12.00 at night . no food avaiable , have to go outside .

My room was noisy: close to elevators and sukhumvit Breakfast: lack of variety

Staffs were nice and I got what I wanted

The breakfast could have been better.

Mens staffs were all very kind and helpful at any time..

Women staffs in reception were not keen to serve to guests. We had already checked out the room and needed internet connection for urgent works, instead of asking them how to get at the lobby, they didn't tell us properly. That attitude towards us made us miserable and willing for not using this hotel again

The overall get up was great and we got a good deal.Excellent location

Location is good. Easy accessible. The room is clean and hotel staffs are friendly.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Food served are cold and hard. Limited selection.

Pillows were synthetic, some staff were unaccommodating especially the night persons.
